Called Murillo first thing in the morning to service our A/C and they were able to schedule a service visit that same afternoon! Even better is they called back and asked to come early due to a cancellation. Service was very professional and they were able to fix the A/C unit on the spot. Very pleased!

Paul and the Murillo team are very professional and experts in the field. They really care, and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. You’re in good hands with them. This is a great example of an exceptional local business that truly cares about the community.

My very old water heater finally broke. Murillo was able to come look at it the same day I called, and they replaced my tank a day later. They were even early on replacement day! They cleaned up after themselves (it was a rainy/messy day) and were most helpful in explaining everything. I’m very pleased.

Update: Robert promptly contacted me and explained that that's not how they do things, wanted to make sure the job was well done. He's a man of his word, sent out someone else (Jay thank you for everything today i appreciate it!). I am happy with the job, he even refunded me the original receipt. I am glad to see small business doing good and valuing their customers! Thanks guys, we appreciate it.

They were recommended on a military page. The only reason I agreed to them coming out was because they were available right away, they were punctual ,I'll give them that. I thought they were a honest small business, but i don't think that's the case (at least with me). They just reattached a WET + DAMAGED duct back onto the vent and charged $200. That is not honest work, in my opinion. I will not be recommending them to anyone. I feel scammed and pretty sad to see them being recommended yet they do something like this, especially to vulnerable people. Sad.

Called, got an appointment the next day, they were here 30 mins early and took less than a half an hour to figure out and fix my issue. This is the second time i've used this company and why i will continue to do so. Both repair men were super nice and personable.

We had our upstairs unit go out. I called them and within 40 minutes they came by and fixed the problem within 15 minutes! Paul and Alex were Very professional, friendly and informative and great price! Would highly recommend!
