Replaced broken fan motor. Showed up in time window. Returned a few hours later with the necessary part. Price quote was accurate.

My refrigerant line had frozen and I called SCS (May 2021). They were able to send someone the same day. A tech came by and tested my system to determine the root cause of the problem and I was provided a quote to replace a component. The tech returned the next day with the new component, upon re-verification of the issue the tech determined that the equipment/gauges used the first day were not working properly. Turned out my issue was very easy to fix and it did not require a part replacement. In summary, I appreciate the honesty and integrity displayed by the staff. I understand they had faulty equipment/tools but from my point of view, it speaks a lot about the company and staff. Thanks!

Great service. For a non-emergency replacement of a water-source heat pump, I had an estimate within 24 hours of my initial call and the work was completed within 2 days after that. Cory and his team were familiar with my condominium building and its systems and worked closely with the building management to minimize disruption. They removed the old unit and left my condo clean and tidy. And the new heat pump works very well. Really recommend these guys.

ADDITIONAL: Andrew came out to service my unit on the same day I called in April 2021. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem, charging me only for the visit. System working perfectly again. Great service!

The SCS team did amazing work to help repair, replace, and install duct work and our furnace. Every member of the staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. And they were even flexible on the timing of the final payment upon completion of the work. I couldn't be happier with the results.

A surprise finding for me... I've used SCS in the past for a complete A/C install, I was very happy with the work then. The surprise finding is that Cory's team runs gas lines too! After I called and had another gas company come out and do the job incorrectly, Cory sent his techs over and fixed the issue, in about an hour. Our kitchen is up and running with gas thanks to SCS.

The service team arrived on schedule and did an excellent job installing the new AC system. They were professional, polite and efficient. They came in and never stopped working. Very satisfied .

The service representative arrived at the designated time and made a through Fall season inspection of our HVAC system. He changed air and humidifier filters, checked pressures, measured heating system temperatures at several locations throughout the house, and ensured the system performed correctly. He left the inside and outside areas clean and in good order. For over 30 years, SCS has provided us a reliable, knowledgeable, and cost-effective service. We highly recommend them for initial installations, system upgrades and replacement, and annual maintenance!
