Breeze Master Inc. was outstanding in their performance and customer service. When we reported our issue regarding our thermostat and heating issue, he was diligent with his response to scheduling. Not only was there haste towards his efforts in accommodating our needs, but he was extremely professional. If you needed heating during this cold winter like we did, he made sure he got to you with a sense of purpose. Their team who came to conduct repairs to our unit were punctual and their attention to detail far exceeded expectations. Their willingness to maintain a clean work space coming in/out of our home was within their priority and conducted their work as if it were their own residence. When they presented a list of issues wrong with my unit, I had zero doubt of their integrity. They even went out of their way to explain to me the issues, how I could further conduct maintenance on my own, and explained the troubling signs of any future issues to look for that might otherwise damage my units. The team who arrived were knowledgeable with their craft and their work proved it. Furthermore, when I felt all my questions were becoming too much, they were excited to answer each and everyone of them while teaching me the "do's/don'ts" of my unit. These gentlemen were passionate about their trade and completed the service with pride. I even asked them of future upgrades and they were happy to explain what was necessary in order to further help me save money. They were far from being "car salesmen" and made sure we were well looked after. I've dealt with many HVAC companies in the past, and each of them had terrible answering staff including techs. Most of them were rude or did not care about their appearances when arriving except to collect a paycheck. Many of them even lied about knowing what they were doing but gave you a thumbs up just to collect that diagnostic fee and labor. Not Breeze Masters; they were presentable, professional, knowledgeable, and beyond friendly. The best part: previous companies who completed services were never heard from again after receiving payment. With Breeze Masters, Raymart contacted me for a "wellness check" TWICE incase they needed to return for further repairs. OUTSTANDING!

If you're looking for an honest HVAC company- than look no further, because you've found them. They will always have my loyalty as a customer. The only shame is how I can't rate them with more than 5 stars. Thanks again for all you've done for us, Breeze Master Inc!

I posted for help on Facebook and got a message from Ray. What I appreciate most was his knowledge and patience with me in trying to help me. He got my heat running and made appointment for me to come check my unit. He and his partner where on time let me know when they were on the way. They educated me on the issue and fixed it as well. I now have heat without being on emergency heat. I truly appreciated their help. Bonus with it being winter and snow on the ground I expected to pay alot. This repair was affordable. Thank you guys.

We had brand new system installed 2 years ago by another company and been leaking water in basement. We had three companies came by and no one was able to fix the issue. So I decided to call Breeze Master and they came out next day. It took them 30 minutes to figure out the problem and fixed the water leak issue at the same day. It's been three weeks now and no more water leak. I really 100% recommend this company and really appreciate taking care of this problem.

Our A/C died yesterday 😖😖😖 After a quick search on my neighborhood page, I found a recommendation for Breeze Master Inc. for HVAC.

I can’t say enough good things about them. They were timely with initially coming out (2 hours after my call!!) and then after discovering the problem was able to order a new outdoor unit to be shipped overnight from PA and installed it today. The Techs were So friendly and didn’t try to upsell us or take advantage of us!!

I had a complete, new HVAC system installed in my house just yesterday/today. I genuinely can't thank Breeze Master Inc. enough for all the hard work they put in over the last two days. I have been very fortunate in having discovered, and worked with, some very fine people/businesses over the years, but Kuldeep and Ray are, in all sincerity, two of the most genuine, humble, and hard working professionals that I have ever come across in terms of home improvement projects.

I received estimates from four different companies. Kuldeep gave me an outstanding, reasonable estimate for a full HVAC replacement for my home, and Breeze Master went well above and beyond anything I could have reasonably expected in terms of price, quality of work, knowledge/expertise, and the list goes on... In terms of workmanship, Kuldeep and Ray spent over 12 hours at my home yesterday, and didn't leave until they were both certain that our new condenser was fully operational before they left the house (which was around 9:30pm). They both returned the next day and worked...while it was raining...to complete installation of the inlet pipe for our new closed combustion system.

I feel very fortunate to have been able to hire these fine individuals, so much so that I signed the final payoff check for several hundred dollars above the contracted price...because of the quality of work and attention to detail both Kuldeep and Ray put in throughout the entire job.

I will gladly refer Breeze Master to anyone who is searching for a new HVAC system for their home.
