The class was very informative. It cleared up a lot of troubleshooting mistakes and steps. The instructor was great about answering questions, and clearing all minds before moving on.

I see a lot of these reviews are not recent. The people in the office especially HR seem unqualified. I’m not sure if they are new but this place needs better people in charge.

i find it so hard to believe that Trane will send out all kinds of people to install a new unit with all the promises for excellent service......then you cant get a tech or the respect of a returned call! what happened Trane....what happened?
