Hobbs Mechanical saved our Christmas! The night of the 23rd our heat went out and we just knew we wouldn't find anyone who would come out on Christmas Eve. Not only did Hobbs answer the phone but they came and diagnosed our problem, were able to get parts and get our heat back on just in time for family to start arriving! Dillon was so awesome, he fixed our unit and didn't leave until he was sure it was working as expected. Thank you for the rescue!!

Tech said AC unit needed new capacitor, then that fix didn't matter bc the compressor was dead and basically it's more cost effective to get a new unit..... had trouble finding a decent new unit. I had another company come out to see what was wrong and it was just the capacitor that needed to be replaced. Glad I called for a second opinion so thousands of dollars were not wasted!

So happy with the service we received from Hobbs! I called first thing in the morning to tell them we found out our AC was not working properly last night when it was over 90°! Sleeping was uncomfortable to say the least. Abby in the office was super helpful and saw the severity of the situation with two more 90° days in the forecast and moved schedules around to get a tech out to us in just a few hours. Chuck was on time, friendly, and shared his snack with our dog who would not stop following him around!! 10/10 would recommend Hobbs Mechanical.

I had Hobbs Mechanical rip out all of my existing old HVAC. The previous owner added AC to a heat only system. No wonder the house never cooled. Within just a few days I was back up and running. Out with the old and in with the new efficient system. My house is now an igloo and I love it.

Overall our experience was great! We had a few minor hiccups but all was resolved! We replaced our entire inside and outside unit and moved the electrical outside.

We had an after hours emergency with our water heater. We called Hobbs Mechanical on a referral from a friend and they told us that they would come out to help us and explained it would cost extra since they had to get a technician out on their day off. I was so happy they would come help me and assumed it would be more since I knew they were closed. We ended up needing a new water heater. The technician went with my husband to the LOWE'S to show him the best water heaters to get. He installed it and we haven't had any issues with it since. Since we had such a positive experience we called Hobbs again when our HVAC system went out. The technician suggested we get a new unit but we didn't have the money to buy a new one at the time so he cleaned it out and did a tune up on it to get it running again but warned us that the unit would not last too much longer. It was such a relief to us since it was SO SO HOT! We would definitely hire them again!

Hobbs Mechanical was fast, efficient and honest. We were called by the office to let us know the tech was on his way. We were serviced the next day after we called. The technician was professional and honest. He didn't try to push any unnecessary repairs on us. He pointed out the problem, gave a fair price and fixed our A/C unit. I will definitely refer friends and family members to use Hobbs Mechanical.

Once again, Hobbs comes through for me and my family!! After installing all new a/c for the house in 2011, I called again about a mini-split for the room over the garage. In the same week, we have a great Mitsubishi unit keeping my FROG nice and cool. The installation is clean, and the techs are great. I could not be happier. Thanks, Jeff, for your great company!

I just want to say how amazing this company is, and how helpful Sydney has been through this process with viewing my ducting system. Sydney went above and beyond by answering any questions I had, and making sure everything was in correct order. I highly recommend Hobbs Mechanical and Sydney. Sydney was extremely responsive in regards to calling me back on what was going on, he was on time, and the price was fair! I'd also like to say thank you to the lady I spoke to over the phone with as well. I love Hobbs! They are always on time! Very efficient! They have experts in so many different things! Sydney is our Favorite, always has a smile on his face and is so patient when the kids ask questions(me too). If you have a mechanical, electrical, (in our case faulty dryer ground). They will be there for you!
