Green Air Inc.

In my opinion and first hand experience, hiring Green Air is a huge mistake. Green air will give you a ton of excuses and is why I am writing this review of them, but there two (out of dozens) of reasons they CANNOT dispute (and I can happily provide your with county records to prove) ...Green Air left my GAS furnace vented into my BASEMENT and this was discovered AFTER the owner sent me an email stating that "The only work left for Green Air to do is install the grills." Referring to the HVAC vent covers.

The second undeniable catastrophe they put us in is when our new, actually good, HVAC company came to fix the thermostat upstairs (months after we got our brand new system from green air) they discovered that GREEN AIR had left a 120 VOLT hot wire without a wire nut on it, and it shorted out and melted against the inside of the air handler...and could have caught our whole house on fire.

These the are just a couple of the horrific situations we had with Green Air, not to mention the rodents, the small flood, and countless venting issues (including where they vented one bathroom into another) I could go on and on. But the moral of the story is, our brand new system was supposed to cost $20,800..and after Green Air's owner wrote me an email stating they where done with the exception of installing the "grills" we ending up paying $7200 to get it up to the "industry standard" that Green Air was suppposed to provide, and yes we got two quotes to fix it from two different companies both of which quoted us around the same price.

BEWARE OF GREEN AIR

I was very pleased with the level of service and professionalism we received from Green Air. Joey even offered to come out on a Saturday morning to address an issue at our place of business. He was really quick, efficient and explained everything to me so I could understand what he was doing.

Joey Smith came out and within 10 minutes determined that my TXV on my unit was bad. He is knowledgeable, professional and one of the best at diagnosing any problem. Thank you Joey! So glad he is a part of Green Air!

They are wonderful! Matt was on time, professional, and got our unit working quick!

I am so please with my new Trane Heat Pump. Green Air hires, by far, the most professional and knowledgeable Technicians in the business. I had to go through several other companies before I called them, and I'm so glad I did. When they showed up, the difference between the others and Green Air (in Ashland, Va.) was night and day. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Will use them for years to come. They are my HVAC company for life!

Norman came to my apt that I’m moving out of that of course my dog and husband stained all over the place and did an AMAZING job getting all of the stains out!! He even called and texted to let me know he was stuck in traffic and would be there in a certain amount of time..I was working of course so I call my mom before that ten minutes and he was already there!! Very efficient and professional thanks for your awesome hard work Norman!!

Green Air is a reliable company and a valuable community asset. They are professional & curteous. My go-to HVAC contractors! I highly recommend you try this company.

This review is written with a sincere intention to warn customers of this company's policies. This is the worst company to work for. They showed up late for a service call and when I wasn't available. They later sent me an invoice for the service that was never rendered. This is the worst company to hire. Please be careful. I cannot comment on their service as it was never rendered. Person i spoke to on the phone was not courteous.

Jonathan saved us $16,000 by finding a problem that only costed $180.00, instead of repairing the whole unit. That’s Professionalism and looking out for the customer!
