GreenAir sent Lynn out to repair our heating unit. Turned out to be a bad thermostat. He replaced it, programmed it and we have HEAT! He was courteous, professional and friendly! Got the job done in record time. Fantastic family owned company that knows how to keep their customers happy!

I had a brand new Trane unit installed by Green Air 4 years ago. From the very beginning it had issues with smells and water accumulating in the drain pan. I called Green Air to fix these issues and every time they would come, they cut parts of the draining pipes, other times they would add the pipe back, long story short, the problems were never solved.
Not to mentioned that during the installation they meant to drill a hole from the attic into the upstairs hallway for the thermostat but they went through the ceiling into one of the bedrooms and then they left for lunch leaving me to discover the hole when they were gone. My husband and I fix the hole later. They also charged me just to physically move one of the compressors in the back yard ~$800 without installing it for the second unit we have, which was not what I expected when we negotiated the price. After many calls and a lot of frustration I still had to pay $500 just to have the compressor moved to the back yard.
I would not recommend this company, too many loose ends and head aches for a $6000 install that should have given us peace of mind.

We have been a loyal Green Air customer for the past nine years! Joey and Bryan are usually the technicians that service our home and they are always punctual with the quality of their work being top notch. What spurred me to write this review was how impressed my husband and I were with their sales and estimating team. We are getting ready to build a new house and ultimately decided on a geothermal system because of the effectiveness and long term cost savings such a system provides. However in making our final decision we had a slew of questions on the ends and outs and benefits/disadvantages and Matt Lee was always willing and able to knowledgeably answer those questions. What we liked most was that we never felt pressured into choosing the more expensive route of geothermal, but that Green Air genuinely wanted us to have the tools and understanding to make the best decision for our budget whatever the end outcome may be. Green Air is superior in understanding their customer's needs and I would recommend them to anyone!

Richard did a great job diagnosing the problem with my AC and then replacing the coil. His demonstrated 40 years of vast knowledge and experience gave me confidence that the job would be performed correctly. Felicia quoted accurately what my responsibility would be so there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. I highly recommend them.

We just moved into a house that had a Geothermal heating and cooling system that was installed by Green Air so we didn't know much about the system. Joey came out to service our system and took the time to explain how the system works and what to look out for. We love this heating and cooling system, there's nothing like it! And Joey was great and very patient with all of my questions.

Super professional and very prompt service every time I call. Techs are really knowledgeable and good at explaining issues and fixes. Couldn't be happier with Green Air, and I highly recommend them for any HVAC job - I won't use anyone else!

I just had an emergency service and I can’t say enough for how amazing the service we received. Within an hour of calling Richard arrived and within 40 mins of his arrival he had fixed our furnace issue! We will certainly recommend green air in the future.

Joey just left my residence after correcting an exhaust fan issue under warranty. I found him to be very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He is an excellent representative of Green Air who I would recommend to friends and family.

Green Air performed the service on our office AC Unit. The technician was on time, respectful and precise. System blows so cold now the ladies in the office are wearing sweaters on an 83 degree day. lol Nice doing business with a local company. Thanks Green Air !

I had my solar hot water heating system flushed by Green Air. They called ahead and were on time. Very pleasant and knowledgeable technician. They knew what they were doing and everything is working great. I had difficulty finding someone to do this, so it is a relief to have it done.
