Locally owned and operated, my wife and I lucked into meeting these folks when we purchased our first home in 2019 in Annandale. They had been servicing the home with plumbing, heating and cooling since the 1980s so we decided to keep the semi-annual maintenance agreement in place.

Boy, are we glad we did.

They’ve provide rapid response every time we’ve called. As you’d expect with any 1950s era home, stuff can break regularly and the folks at A-A Annandale have always been ready to help. Just this week with temperatures hitting triple digits, Wendy picked up my 8:30am call and Don was out to help service the AC unit by 11am. He walked me through what was going on and what to pay attention to going forward. Lucky for us, it wasn’t a major repair, but I’ll certainly be trusting them in the future when the system requires it.

My 10-year-old water heater doesn't work well recently. Called AA Annandale and Dow came to my house about 30min after my call. What the efficiency! Done some inspections and solved the problem right away, no drama! left a reasonable quote for installing a new heater. Very good service! Will definitely use them again if I need to change a new one some day.

Update - when our furnace recently started to fail, I immediately called AAA. A technician was able to come right out (thanks, Wendy!) and told us we were looking at a replacement. AAA did a great job with the replacement at a reasonable price. What impressed me the most is how quickly AAA was able to get us on the schedule for the replacement - give how cold it was, we were so grateful!!! So happy to have this great company in our community.

My family has used AA Annandale for years. They are personable and dependable. Last summer our 40 year old A/C died. Doing due diligence we gathered 3 bids from different HVAC companies; they were the company we finally chose.

Ronnie and his assistant were very diligent in inspection of the entire a/c unit. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor (and not lack of freon, as google search suggested). They explained the issue and solution thoroughly, replaced the capacitor, put in a new air filter, and cleaned up, all within an hour. We’re now happily enjoying the cool air INSIDE the house. I highly recommend A-Annandale for HVAC service.

I had multiple people come to give me a quote for a HVAC replacement and by far Michael was the most knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time researching my home (square footage, age, layout) and made suggestions based on what would be the best fit for us. I liked that he gave me multiple options and was very quick to respond to my questions. They showed up on time with a large crew and did a great job.
