I scheduled a service to repair my ac due to A-AAnnandale being highly recommended. I wish I used them previously as they fixed an issue caused by another local company. Wendy and Don were extremely professional and were such a delight. The problem was fixed in no time and will only be using this company going forward. Also all covid safety were followed.

Like another reviewer, I also needed to be put on hold when I initially called, but once she came back on the line Wendy could not have been nicer or more friendly. She called the morning of my time window to say the technician was about to head over. Victor did a fantastic job fixing/clearing two sink drains. He informed me every step of the way about the issues and his progress and took care to wear a mask and covers on his shoes. Great work!

Don arrived on time and was very pleasant to talk with. He explained what was wrong with the A/C and explained options well. The entire experience felt like working with family.

I've used AA Annandale before and would again. They are professional, polite, positive and on time. My only issue is the markup on the wax ring and water line. I expect to pay more off the truck but I thought it was too high.

Despite the discomfort when my A/C didn't take the temp down to the setting promptly - it was back on after cycling through off, heat, & back to cool - he performed the unexpected: a repair on the same day, so a second trip wasn't required. This, following a bad medical situation & the pandemic, is a miracle, as far as I'm concerned, for which I am very grateful. Thank you!

Had an HVAC company come out to fix my air conditioner, but after multiple attempts they told me I needed a new system. A friend referred A-AAnnandale, so had them come out and fix the AC with no problems and no upsell. It was a win to find a company that is honest and knows what they are doing.

They worked with anomalies
associated with the construction of our house to fix several long-standing issues. They were very professional and very polite. Other plumbers might have shrugged and walked away, but they came up with cosr-saving, creative solutions. Their telephone receptionist Wendy is a gem! We've had them for several years.
