My experience is similar to a recent review. If anything, i hope my review can be helpful to some people making the right choice. They gave me a crazy quote of $1100 for all vents, returns vacuumed, sanitized, brushed, while other company offers that for much cheaper. then they talk down to say you can do returns deep cleaning and vents just regular cleaning, meaning they won't go to each vent to clean but only clean from one vent. and they charge similar price as other companies who go to every vents to clean. next time, i will just go to Lowes to not have to deal with all these and they offer better price for full service. My mistake is that i said yes when they asked do you want to do it now. i should have check with another company more carefully. They are deceitful in their way of talking that is confusing. they were rushing too just makes me feel uneasy and rethink about my poor choice.

there are no pictures sent to me after. i am even more shocked about the owner Mohamed's attitude after i try to talk with him later. it really tells you everything you need to know about the owner and the business. i will look into reporting this business because this is not how it should be for a small owner neighborly business.

I bought an old home with two fireplaces but only one that was accessible. Because my house is super old (200 years+) everything vents through the very old chimney. The prior owners left a mess and I needed the chimney swept, especially the opening in the living room, to ensure it wasn't compromised by dampness. My representative was prompt, really listened to understand my concerns, cleaned the area impeccably and the price was more than affordable. Other companies quoted nearly double. I sanitized the fireplace and am now using an electric insert. I couldn't be happier because now I can entertain with a fireplace that's beautifully lit for the holidays!
