K&K provided professional services and I would recommend them to anyone. I had bad smell coming from a dead animal in my HVAC system, K&K came out the same day when other HVAC and animal control companies would not. They located the source of the smell and provided the most affordable service to fix that issue.
Later they returned to perform a complete duct cleaning. They were on-time, professional, and courteous. I would recommend them for all of your HVAC cleaning needs!

This is my first ever review and I usually do not want to negatively impact small businesses. But please do not go with this company. It is a bait and switch. I fell in to the same trap the recent reviewer did. They do not have the equipment to follow the NADCA suggested negative high pressure source cleaning method. And they are not certified and you cannot find them in the NADCA proessional directory. They insist they are certified and have the right equipment but all they have is a small vaccum machine that is portable. Since they do not have required machinery they manually clean and charge exorbitantly for each vent and duct. In the name of deep cleaning they tell you they have the best methodology but infact they are completely manual cleaning. They gave us a qoute of 1300 for a townhome. According to home advisor the average pricimg should be 350 and high end should be 700. We knew we were being ripped but since its a busy time and we had a time crunch had to go with them. There are a number of companies who have the right equipment and NADCA certification who do this for a flat rate irrespective of the number of returns or vents. Please plan well for this cleaning and do not rush.

A great and reliable company. Fair, honest, and competent. Mohamed and his assistant were very friendly yet efficient and knowledgeable. As a plus, K&K air duct is NADCA CERTIFIED. I will contact them in the future for my next duct and couches cleaning.

K&K Air Duct and Carpet Cleaning is an amazing company! Responsive, great prices, thorough and most importantly, friendly and reliable. I've used the company at three times to clean two different sofas after pet accidents (damn cat and damn dog) as well as a kid who had a sleep over accident (cant win around here). Mohammed was on-time, and made the sofas look like new.

Most recently, I had Mohammed to clean my air ducts. It was the first time in forever that there were cleaned. Mohammed didn't judge my past failures but showed me how the process worked, and the end result of the cleaning.

I'm a tough critic and I know I'll only use and recommend K&K forever. They seriously have a customer for life.

They are very professional. At no moment did they try to sell us on a service. What they did was give us different options depending on our budget. I highly recommend their service. The difference of air quality in our house is very noticeable after they cleaned the vents and ducts.

Mohamed quickly booked an appointment on my schedule. He showed up on time (and in a mask and booties given the Covid situation) and did an in-depth analysis of the house furnaces and duct systems. He described all concerns and gave an outlay of all possible service options. Very transparent in service vis-a-vis pricing and he did a thorough job. 2 hours and both of the HVAC-zones were deep Cleaned and an immediate difference was apparent. He even vaccumed out the air filters and did significant cleanup. And on top of that, he was just a pleasant, courteous guy. I highly recommend K&K Duct Cleaning when the need arises.

Mohamed was wonderful. Walked me through the process of a dryer vent cleaning and did a completely thorough job. Price was very fair and I’ll be sure to use them in the future!

Appointment went smoothly. I originally called for a regular cleaning but after seeing how dirty the vents and blower were (not sure when the original owners last cleaned), went ahead and did a full cleaning. More expensive but worth it overall and now I can go with regular maintenance cleanings.

Overall it took a few hours and the difference in air quality was noticeable.
