Jones Heating & Air Conditioning

I am redoing my review after taking the time to rethink everything. Dion did a very good job of replacing our broken thermostat. He replaced it with a very nice electronic thermostat that is easy to use. I am completely satisfied with Jones Heating and Air Conditioning.

Jones Heating & Air, is really as good as it gets for service. The first word that comes to mind to describe the company and all the staff we worked with is Exceptional!!!!
We had an amazing experience, they made us feel like we were their top priority and cared about. This is truly a family business and they took care of us like we were apart of theirs!
The staff went above and beyond, from when we called in for our first service call to do maintenance on our AC unit that needed TLC, to when we were ready for a new unit a few years later, the staff always has a great "how can I help" attitude. The process of getting a new AC unit was a little stressful, especially as we had many things going on and this need was just another atop our list, and Dion was very pleasant and understanding and truly eased the stress of the large purchase. We will defiantly be going back for our Furnace, and will continue using Jones Heating & Air for our continued maintenance.

I found Jones Heating and Air from one of their work trucks at a stop light. What a great company to work with. Ed designed and installed a heating and a/c unit in my 6000 square foot showroom. Dion and the Angle crew installed my complete replacement Furnace and A.C. system today. So professional I want something to go wrong just to have them back at my home. So clean, very personable, and spent the time to run through the systems, how they perform, the way to get the best performance from my system, and not treating me like i was an idiot.

Jeff came out within an hour of when I called and was honest and knowledgeable. Fixed my broken furnace for a song and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I can really appreciate an honest company that doesn't take advantage of people in time of vulnerability. I'm going to remember them for referrals and future repairs. Thanks Jeff
