Jones Heating & Air Conditioning

My family has been working with Lamar for years were only deviated once and I'm still reaping the consequences! Our a.c. went out today and Jeff the friendly tech was awesome, we will never deviate again especially after finding out we paid the same for one furnace with action as we would have paid for both ac and heater with jones heating and air. My parents units rub fantastic after just one installation unlike action took them 3 trips to install a furnace still got it wrong. Wish we could go back in time and make the better choice which is Jones all the way!

Furnace gave out a month ago. I had Any Hour give me a bid over $2700 to repair it and encouraged me to replace the entire unit. Jeff has been taking care of my parents for years and they referred him to me. He evaluated my furnace and was able to determine what actually needed to be repaired and replaced. In the end my furnace works better than it has in over a year and he was able to do it for under $500. Thanks Jeff.

I called Jones Heating & Air Conditioning because my heater had been blowing cold air. Jeff responded within 20 minutes of my call and had my heater fixed shortly after that. The price was extremely fair and the professionalism was amazing. I could not have been more pleased.

We couldn't be more impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and fair pricing--all outcomes of our recent experience with Jones Heating & Air Conditioning. Our A/C compressor died last Friday evening (mid-July with daytime temps above 100). In spite of being in the midst of their very busy season, Lamar answered the phone Saturday morning on the first ring and Jeff was at our house within 2 hours!

He quickly assessed the problem, gave us options, and confirmed with Lennox that the part was under warranty. It shipped Monday from California and was installed today (Wednesday)!!

Jones Heating and Air never fails with their fast and friendly service. Above all they have the Integrity of repairman and not salesman. I had the pleasure of having Jeff repair my AC unit today. I highly recommend this company because it's hard to find honest Tradesman and that's exactly what these guys are.

Great company! Jeff came by same day after I finished work and got my (very old) furnace working again (stuck relay switch). He was friendly, professional and didn't charge me for the service call. He also agreed to look into trying to locate a replacement part and informed me he would follow-up the next day. Thank you!

A/C stopped working a few weeks ago and was also tripping breaker.... I called another company first and all they could tell me is we needed a whole new system (furnace and AC unit) for our home that is only 9 years old and it would only cost $9,000!!!!!!! . Decided to call Jones for a 2nd opinion and was scheduled with Jeff. He came out found the problem and said I do not need a new system. Jeff advised me on the problem and had the part in his van. He also advised me on some additional items and treated me great. Very honest and knows what he is doing.

These guys have very competitive prices but are also extremely technically competent. I'm a property manager who deals with a fair number of HVAC issues and Jones Heating have become my go to guys for new furnaces and air conditioners for commercial and residential installs. And I've had absolutely no problems with them when I've needed warranty work. These guys are solid.

I was referred to Jones another HVAC company that couldn't provide the service I needed. I have used them several times. Jeff is always professional, accurate, fixes it right the first time ... and I never feel like I'm being gouged with the bill. They have earned my trust. I wish Jones did plumbing.

BUSTED! Jeff is as honest as the day is long. After fixing my AC unit in record time I told him about my wife's evil step mother who lives a block away. She was being told by a competitor who shall remain nameless (ACTION PLUMBING AND HEATING) that she needed a new unit and they would be back in 5 days to install it. Jeff said he doubted that but was willing to go have a look. Jeff pulled the panel and within the first 30 seconds says I see the problem, I have the part on my truck I'll have it up and working in just a few minutes. The problem was a bad capacitor and one of the 2 fuses were bad. Jeff replaced fuses and capacitor and within 10 minutes and $200 later system was up and running beautifully. It has continued so for the last 3 weeks now. That honesty saved our family exactly $5224.00. Action was more then happy to charge us $5424 for a brand new unit that wasn't necessary. Evil step mother couldn't believe it because the Salesman dressed as a technician was so nice. I explained to her that of coarse he was nice, he was about to scam you for over $5000. He's not going to come across as a scumbag criminal (which is exactly what he is) when he's about to get a payday.

I can't thank Jeff enough. I highly recommend these guys. Prompt, reasonable, dependable and HONEST.
