I KNOW A GUY HVAC

With summer coming I decided that it was time to get air conditioning. After calling around to a few places and reading some reviews I landed on I know a guy HVAC. And I’m so glad that I did, Brandon and Dustin are incredibly knowledgeable and offered the best prices in the Salt Lake Valley. They were able to install my AC and get everything done in a single day. Now my swamp cooler is gone and I’m sleeping like a baby. If you’re looking for AC these are the guys to go too.

The I Know a Guy team was superb in getting us slotted in for an appointment as soon as possible, were super friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, they are great with dogs.
Will definitely be our go-to HVAC people for years to come.

I can't say this enough this company was amazing. After being screwed over by Any hour hvac this company took care of me. They installed an air conditioner for me. During the install they found a problem with the ducts. They repaired with no extra cost. I encourage anyone to call I know a guy first. My next door neighbor recommended I Know A Guy HVAC after I learned I paid way too much for replacing my other A/C units. Brandon and Dustin are honest and great workers. It was easy to work with them, and I will be giving them a call for my next A/C needs.

Charged me $70 to wipe off a sensor with a dollar bill & left. Took all but 5 minutes. I thought the system might’ve had a warranty from prior maintenance or installation but it didn’t. BUT might i add that the owner is very personable.

These guys are amazing. I will never use anyone but them. They are friendly, honest, all around great people. My husband has been in the icu for weeks and my furnace went out. They fit me in to their already packed schedule and came right over and fixed it. Sometimes it's hard to find a reliable company but these guys show there's still great people. Thank you again! I needed some special duct work done on my air return and I had it scheduled with another company to have done, after 2 no shows from them I called Brandon and Dustin. They came right out and measured and had it done within a week, definitely my new hvac guys. Reliable and affordable.

Very pleased! I feel like these guys struck the perfect balance between casual easy-goingness and skilled professionalism. The bid was way faster and way cheaper than the bid I got from a bigger company even though the equipment was virtually identical. Communication was great, they made sure that I knew the costs/benefits before any decisions were made. They really did make it feel like you "know a guy" in the HVAC business.

Last Sunday my furnace decided to stop working. Dustin came over, quickly diagnosed the issue, went to work, and explained each step along the way. Even installed a new carbon monoxide detector for me. If you're looking for honesty and good work, all at a fair price, these are your guys!
