Henry took the time to explain each problem every step of the way. When other companies were not being completely honest, he actually took the time to tech me what to look for. It’s hard for me to feel like I can depend on companies today but his will definitely be getting my business again!

From HVAC to refrigeration, gas appliances and ice machines. Henry is a rockstar. He is excellent at diagnosing issues and resolving issues in more than a timely manner. Henry sets every unit back to factory recommended settings, repairs wiring, replaces faulty equipment and keeps equipment running strong. He’s kept me informed about his repairs and explains everything in a clear and concise manner. I turn to him every time I need anything related to his expertise.

Looks like I have "a guy" now! We needed a whole new AC unit and he did an amazing job. He was very responsive and prompt when we needed everything and communicated exactly what was needed. I appreciated that he explained specifically why and what was needed for an entire replacement.

Helped us a lot when our heater wouldn't turn on. He walked us through our problem. And was friendly and patient the whole time. He stayed on the phone until the issue was resolved. Definitely will go to them again!
