    They bid on a job at my house, the first day they didn’t show up, so I started doing the work myself. They showed up the next day and I asked them to adjust the bid because there was only one third of the work left to do. The technicians were reasonable but they said they don’t discuss the cost, they just do the work - which is understandable. So they gave me the number of the guy that bids jobs, and when I called him to explain the situation, he got extremely rude and pulled the guys off the job without even considering re-bidding. I would not recommend their service.

    My grandmother had a central air installed back in 2015 and she always complained about it not working. She pass away 2 yrs ago and I inherent her house and she was right. Yesterday was 78 degrees and the central air took 2 hours to get to 77 degrees and it just runs all day with no real cooling.

    If I could give them a negative star I would, they are awful!!!! My air conditioner that they installed stopped working in July and I just moved in at the end of March to my brand new home and they refused to fix it under warranty. I had a brand new baby that wasn’t even two months old yet in a house in southern Utah with no air conditioning in the middle of summer. They didn’t care to return calls, I had to keep calling. And in the end I went through some else. I even tried to have them come look at it when it started leaking water within the first three months that I moved in. If you are even considering using them to do anything on your home, DONT DO IT!!!!

    Bergmann sent someone to fix my furnace on a Saturday a few weeks ago. On the phone I had asked how much it would cost me to have someone come out and they gave me their price of something just over $100. When their contractor arrived he worked on the furnace for something close to two hours and then called in a second person as he was unable to find the issue. The second person apparently figured it out right away, a clogged AC evaporator coil which sits above the heating unit and was blocking air flow. I watched them clean it. The first contractor was handing the second one a screw driver and otherwise held a flash light.
    Of course I was happy that we had a warm house. But what I didn't like was their bill, which was just over $400. Apparently I ended up paying over $100/hour. Of course I realized that it would be more than what they initially quoted me on the phone, but 4x as much? I feel I paid for someone to receive training on the job. About $300 of the final bill was for the first guy who unsuccessfully worked on the heater and then held a flash light for an hour.
    That evening, after my shock had worn off, I went to their web site and wrote them an email asking for a manager to contact me as I felt I was taken for a ride. I did not receive any response.
    I would not use them again nor recommend them. True they did fix the issue, but the fact that they didn't correctly disclose their pricing BEFORE hand and that they then charge me over $100/hour for 3 man hours for a contractor who was, while very nice and polite, unfortunately underqualified... no, that's a company that's ripping off its customers. I can get better service elsewhere.

    Our air conditioner wasn't working. Bergman's tech Tracy came to check out the problem. It was an easy fix. He didn't make us feel dumb. He showed us what the problem was and how to avoid it in the future. He also informed us to not run the air conditioner in the winter and told me what needed to happen if I wanted to run the ac in the winter. It gets hot in in our salon even in the winter with all the blowdryers and bright lights on. Thank you for your watching out for us.

    I've been using Bergmann's for over 20 years, they are the best! My AC went out last night, they came first thing this morning and I have AC again. Always polite and professional.

    They are contracted with my Home Warranty company, but refused to come fix our AC when we desperately needed it. We would have to pay a lot extra to get bumped to their urgent list. Meanwhile, we are dying in the heat, and have guests arriving soon.

    Terrible service. I sent them some information they requested via email they requested but didnt answer in over 2 weeks. I tried following up on them but they never replied back up to this date. It has been 1 month since I sent them the information and I haven't heard from them

    Great service and charged 30% less than the first company I called. Repaired our furnace within 24 hours of my call.
