West Brothers just replaced my old undersized furnace with a larger more efficient furnace. My house now stays cool in the hot weather. Todd, John and his guys do excellent work at honest and fair prices. I highly recommend them.

Todd West to the rescue! What every home owner dreads is an AC problem while the temps soar into the 100's. After calling all around town looking for an appointment, only to hear "we can come see you next week", time and time again, I called West Brothers and spoke with Todd. Finally, someone who understands the voice of the customer. Todd offered to squeeze me in the same day, after his normal business hours!!Todd shared many best practices to ensure optimal AC conditions in my home, serviced my unit, and restored cool air within minutes. I would recommend West Brothers to any one out there who needs a repair or replacement on their HVAC. Todd, Brandon and John were all very professional and great to work with in installing a new system. I appreciate their service and knowledge. If I had a sixth star to give, I would definitely give it to them.

Todd was friendly, honest and thorough in trouble shooting the problem with my furnace and completed the repair and charged a fair price. West brothers will get all my heating and cooling business and I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

After a technician from a different company failed to fix my furnace and told me that replacement for several thousands of dollars was the only option, I called West Brothers. They promptly sent over John, who isolated the issue to a switch within 20 minutes. John replaced the switch and left us with our furnace working for less than $150! Highly recommend West Brothers!

Spent a miserable weekend with no AC. Had two separate companies come out and quote, try to talk me into a whole new system and then never get back to us. Not only that but charged us for an after hours visit. Called West Brothers this morning after a friend referred them.

They came out same day didn’t have the part but went to get it and were back in about an hour and now I’m sitting with cool air in my house.

Wow! West Brother's, Inc walked me through cleaning the flame sensor over the phone.....OVER THE PHONE!!! They could have easily had me schedule an appointment and then charge me $100. Nope. Not West Brother's, Inc. These guys are honest straight-shooters. We've done business with West Brother's multiple times and I refuse to go anywhere else.

It's 100 degrees today and our air conditioning stopped working last night. I really thought we'd be waiting weeks to get someone out here and, from past experience with other companies, that we'd be forking out a lot of money to fix the issue.

Todd was able to fix our air conditioner on the SAME DAY I called him, and I'm still in shock at how reasonable the rate was.

As a stay at home mom, with 4 kids I can't even begin to express how grateful I am to have had such a hassle free, positive experience with these guys.

Thanks again! We will be able to sleep in a cool house tonight!!!

Our air conditioning went out in the middle of the night and I knew just who to call. Todd with West Bros. came out the same day and fixed it right up! Super inexpensive and made sure to remind me to change my furnace filters every month! Thanks WB!

Our a/c went out today. It was 95 outside and 88 inside. Miserable day! Called West Bros and talked with Todd. He was over to our place within 1/2 hour. Fixed the problem in about 15 mins. Air is blowing. It'll take the rest of the night to get back to normal. First time using West Bros, but it will not be our last! Very inexpensive! Could have charged me tons because we were desperate. Very honest!!!
