West Brothers has great service at a great price!
I had West Brothers come in and replace my old broken down swamp cooler with a central air. They were very friendly and professional. They did the work quickly and at a great price. My family and I are very grateful for their service.

West Brothers installed a new AC and furnace for us. They were on-time, courteous and did great work at the lowest price. Our new system is so much quieter and more efficient than our older system ever was! I appreciated the team explaining before-hand what needed to be done and our options regarding a new set-up. They went above and beyond in their service - even tolerating my young children peppering them with questions as they worked.

If you need a new AC or heater, definitely call West Brothers first.

Our AC went out over the weekend and they got us up and running when the outfit that did the initial install fell through. The other guys were going to charge us for a new control board and motor, but John said that wasn’t necessary and the motor was under warranty. The total repair was a fraction of what we expected it to be. My family has used West Brothers for years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Todd was amazing! We have been without AC for 3 days in really hot temps with a 2 year old. We mistakenly tried going with one of those big dumb companies that you hear about on the radio that says they can "come today". Biggest mistake ever. We were strung along for 2 full days and nights (my husband sat up til 1 in the morning waiting for a tech from Whipple to show up....never did). Finally, I called Todd with West Bros. He was super busy and booked out, but he was able to squeeze us in between jobs. What a lifesaver. He came quickly, was extremely king and helpful, honest, and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. He simply fixed the problem quickly (less than an hour), charged us a very fair price (way less than expected), and was on his way to his next lucky customer. I will never use anyone else. We've learned our lesson and will share this with everyone we know. Thank you Todd!!!

Our A/C went out and Todd and his worker came and installed a new A/C unit and furnace for us. He looked for the best equipment at a great price. He did an excellent job. He is very thorough and excellent to work with. I would highly recommended him to anyone.

New Furnace, Central Air and couldn't be happier! These guys are awesome, professional, clean, and super nice. They did a fantastic job replacing my old 20 year furnace with brand new. The job was well done and the communication was top notch. Won't go anywhere else for my furnace and air conditioning needs. Trust these guys!

We had our furnace go out over the weekend. Todd West called me on a Sunday morning and walked me through a switch reset. Burner fired up. Heat! He was helpful and explained possible issues and what to do if the problem reoccurs. He saved me a service visit, especially during the weekend. No charge for his help. We called West Brothers Heating & Air for some duct work a couple years ago and had a very positive experience then. Two for two. We will definitely use West Brothers whenever we have heating needs. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend West Brothers for HVAC needs. Todd is a straight shooter who isn't trying to upsell unnecessary things. He was thorough in explaining things until I understood them, was clear in his responses to my questions, and put me at east with the process of purchasing a new furnace. I was happy with the price and the turn around time to install. West Brothers took care of us and we will definitely turn to them for future HVAC needs!!
