"After having our ducts cleaned, I noticed that some of the registers were not replaced the way I expected. I contacted Tina and she asked me to send over some pictures. Shortly thereafter, Chris, the owner, called me. He offered no excuse...he simply said "I am at your mercy, this is not the quality we provide." Chris offered to refund me the entire amount of the duct cleaning we received; as well as replace all of the registers with new ones. This said more about their company than anything else. Since we did receive a quality duct cleaning I did not feel it was fair to get a refund, so I simply asked for the registers to be replaced. Chris sent out a top-notch team--Nigel and Nathan--and they replaced and finished off all of the registers in a very professional manner. Additionally, they identified that the old registers were not installed correctly so they asked if they could trim the baseboards so the new registers would be installed correctly. They did an excellent job. Chris then followed up with me to ensure that the job was done to my satisfaction--and it was. I now can see firsthand why Utah's Best Heating & Air has the best reputation in the state....they stand behind their work! No company wants mistakes, but they do happen from time to time, and when Chris realized a mistake had been committed he immediately resolved it. I couldn't be more appreciative of the service Chris and his team provided. They went above and beyond and I can honestly say that if I ever have any HVAC needs, I will be calling Utah's Best Heating & Air!!! Thanks again Chris, Tina, Nigel & Nathan!

We had a great experience with Utah's Best Heating & Air. They were able to diagnose the problem, and promptly set up an installation date during the hottest/busiest time of the year. The technicians arrived timely and worked hard and efficiently all day. They were extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home (laying down carpet covers and cleaning up after themselves, even though it wasn’t necessary). They were friendly and ensured that we understood the new system. They provided a number of options and we didn’t feel they were trying to up-sell us or charge for unnecessary services. The prices were fair and they gave us a military discount which was appreciated. We highly recommend this company. They are, indeed, Utah’s Best!

Their name speaks for itself! They really are, Utah’s Best. Our heater went out this last weekend while my husband was out of town. I was really nervous to have to deal with it while he was away, but they made everything easy! Fair pricing and an honest company. We had Isaac, who was absolutely incredible. Thank you again! I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I have used Utah’s best heating and air a few times now. They always have had great communication and deliver excellent customer service. They are honest and straight forward. This time I needed my water heater replaced. Issac and Austin did an excellent job. They not only answered my many questions but provided care far beyond my expectations. I’m grateful I have found a local company that has their customers best interest in mind to help me as we own our home.

Wow, I cannot say enough good about Chris and his company, Utah’s Best Heating & Air. They replaced my furnace and AC. The entire crew was professional, respectful, efficient, down to earth and personable. They made sure I was warm during the interim of the broken furnace to the newly installed furnace, they answered all my questions, they were very particular about clean up, they were quick and financing was a snap. Hands down the best experience I have had with any service company. Would definitely recommend this company.

Brayden came to fix my A/C. It had stopped working two nights ago. He was very professional, personable and friendly with my dogs! It took him 15 minutes to troubleshoot the problem, find the part and install. The price was very reasonable. I had called several other HVAC repair places. It would be a week or more for a service repair tech to come out!! Utah’s Best came out the SAME DAY that I talked with them. They are truly lifesavers!!

I want to sincerely thank technician Nigel for the great service. He went above and beyond. I installed a new thermostat and overnight my heat stopped working. He spent over 90 minutes diagnosing the problem, which ended up being a defective thermostat. It was not an easy problem to find and he was patient and thorough in his work. This was all on a Sunday afternoon, and Utah's Best still only charged me the diagnostic fee, which was more than reasonable. Thank you! I will definitely use Utah's Best again.

Chris showed up to my house and found a bad capacitor which I suspected to be after doing my own due diligence of checking and double Checking for frozen lines also the inside unit Itself , plugged drain pan,Tripped breaker and Dirty filters and didn’t see anything at all. I gave up and decided to call these guys. Chris was very helpful and although he didn’t have the capacitor that night, he returned first thing the Next morning And got the job done. I would recommend Chris and his guys to anyone that need service for AC/Heating. I’m happy to have called Utah’s Best Heating and Air and wouldn’t call anyone else in the future. Chris Parker from Utah's Best was just at my house to do a Tune-Up on our A/C unit. He was very professional, and courteous. Not that I know a tremendous amount about Air Conditioners but he seemed to be thorough as well. Because he had to reschedule the appointment twice due to customer's who's A/C units had quit on them (Certainly understandable since our unit was still working), he gave us a very fair price for the service. I would most certainly recommend Utah's Best to anyone looking for fair and honest service.

Mason Hodges came out this morning on time like they said they would and installed my new furnace quicker than I was thinking. He was super professional and gave me a walk around on what he did when he was done. I will definitely use Utah’s Best again!
