Chris was wonderful to work with. He installed a new furnace. We are first time homeowners and he was patient with us and answered all our questions. His install was professional, he even offered to comeback in the future to move a pipe once the basement remodel is finished. We have talked to Chris on several occasions and every time he is friendly. We plan on contacting Chris for any future furnace needs. Chris does great work. It is easy to tell that he loves what he does.

CJ was the technician who helped us. He listened to what we wanted and knew just what to do. He was knowledgeable and courteous. The job was done in good time and done well. I highly recommend Utah’s Best Home Pros.

Once again Utah's Best Heating & Air knocked it out of the park! I have used them for the past 5 years for all my HVAC needs and they have been a pleasure to work with. We recently purchased a new home and desperately needed the air ducts cleaned. Cole was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our new home. Everyone that I have worked with in the company is second to none! Highly recommended.

Cole did a fantastic job in cleaning all of our vents/ducts. He was very thorough and extremely professional in the way he conducted himself. The price he charged was very reasonable - and we would gladly use Utah's Best Heating & Air again if the need arises in future.

Awesome experience!!! A few months ago my furnace went out so I called and had a Technician come within a few hours. Brayden was very experienced in the situation and the issues that I had and was able to give me multiple solutions. He had also noticed that my A/C coil had some cracks so he again recommended a solution followed by giving me the knowledge that my compressor would need to be changed as well. He was forward with me in the sense that I would save money if I replaced the furnace along with the coil at the same time so I did. I just recently I had my compressor replaced and without hesitation asked that Brayden perform the work. He had brought a coworker and it cut the time down drastically. Total time between both calls was approx 8 hours. I was looking for quality work and that is EXACTLY what I got. I would recommend Utah's Best Heating and Air to anyone that is looking for great honesty, customer service, and knowledgeable experts.

We were so impressed with Utah's Best Heating and Air. We needed an emergency service during the weekend, and Utah's Best sent one of their friendly technicians (Evan) out the very same day. Evan was helpful and knowledgeable and even covered his shoes to protect our floors before entering our home. We simply couldn't have been more impressed and I would recommend this Company to anyone!

I’m a disabled veteran and had my 20 year HVAC replaced back in April and AC worked great all summer long. With the cold weather I turned the heater on already and noticed a water leak. Called the shop and Chris was sent out within a few hours to troubleshoot. Gave me his opinion and was gonna try and squeeze me in within this week. Left me some floor heaters and came back the next morning with Isaac and Austin. That crew was professional and courteous. Showed up early found the problem fixed on the spot and cleaned whatever mess they made. Also answered questions I had to a water heater issue and pros and cons to tankless water heater. If you get any of these gentlemen on your job believe me that you’re in good hands. Would most definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Service technicians were always on time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, clean, and did an excellent job replacing my broken air conditioning unit. They were always available to respond to all of my questions and gave good and sound advice with no pressure. While ordering the proper air conditioning unit they brought us two very nice portable air conditioners to use until our new unit was installed and operating. I highly recommend Utah's Best Heating and Air.

Utmost professionalism combined with A+ workmanship. I was seeking entire HVAC replacement due to age and issues. Shawn came over to provide estimate and I was immediately impressed with his honesty and integrity. Got other estimates in the meantime but decided to go with Utah's Best. They earned that title. Issac and Austin performed the installation flawlessly and professionally. They truly did a custom installation. They could have installed a very minor blemished heating unit out of the box but they showed it to me and waited for delivery of a new unit. Recommend this establishment to anyone needing HVAC repairs.

Hands down the best I've ever received in my home. They do their job in a very professional way and tell you everything as they move along throughout the works they've done or will perform soon. I was lucky to recieve Chris first! He spent a good 40 minutes fixing several things and trying to figure out why my control board is not cooperating with the thermostat and while doing all that he kept showing me everything and breaking a few things down for my no understanding furnace self. Haha very patient and was committed to get my house heated for the night until the next day his guys Nigel and Zack came in and installed my new furnace. Nigel and Zack are super cool and fun to interact with. You just got be kind and welcoming and before you know it feels like you've known these guys for years! Nigel and zach would give me a heads up with everything they were going to do and showed me a lot of new things with my furnace and thermostat. If you're in need of a new furnace or someone to come look at your furnace or heating system I highly recommend CHRIS, NIGEL and ZACK!!!
