I called Baez Heating & Air when I was in a real pickle! My system had gone out and there was a storm on the way! John and his crew went WAY out of their way, and worked an a weekend to insure that I would have heat! Nice guys, very professional, showed up at the time that they quoted me, and charged me exactly what they quoted me (even though there were a couple of unforeseen repairs needed). I have used Baez Heating and Air Conditioning services quite a few times. When my ac unit failed in the middle of the summer, I called and they came out the same day and in the winter for maintenance on my gas furnace which would have been a big problem if he wouldn't of found that my pilot holes on my gas line were clogged. Thanks to this company for finding and fixing these issues for me.
