John and his team were amazing! They worked hard over two days to try to figure out what was wrong and did an outstanding thorough job to ensure we were comfortable! He even checked in to make sure we were doing ok! We would recommend them to anyone if you need a trusting, very knowledgeable, and professional AC repair team, these are your people!

The 2 other companies I called went to voicemail or they couldn’t come out until next week due to the weekend. John worked with my schedule (I prefer mornings) and he came out on a Saturday morning!

My a/c broke from a freon leak and it was in the 90's. Mr. Baez to the rescue! He put in my window unit to cool the house to tie me over until he could come back. He returned with a crew and knocked it out of the ballpark. He always explains things thoroughly with calm patience. Second time I used these guys and boy am I glad I did!

My A/C went out in the early morning hours of a day that was going to hit triple digits I called John and he was able to see me that same day. Not only did he troubleshoot the problem he was able to get it fixed and running. He set me up with a preventive maintenance schedule to have my entire unit looked over and cleaned. A few days later Max and Chris came over to complete that job. The guys were very professional. Baez Heating & Air Conditioning are top quality.
