Amazing company. Alex was very professional when he came out to fix my heat during the first cold snap of the season. He was able to fix the issue quickly and it didn’t break the bank.
They came out to do some A/C work for us in August 2018. THEY HAD TO COME BACK OUT A DAY OR TWO LATER TO DO SOME ADDITIONAL WORK BECAUSE THEY DIDNT DO ALL THE WORK THEY SHOULD HAVE IN THE FIRST PLACE. Since we had already paid the first invoice on the original date of service, before the tech left on the second visit, I said something about them already having our credit card info on file, and therefore should be able to just run it again for the additional amount. The tech confirmed. Now it's March 2019, and I get a letter from a collection agency for the amount. I called William's AC to inquire as to why we weren't contacted. Rebecca was mildly helpful. She said they had the wrong phone number on file for us. When she read off the number they had on file, I told her that was my husband's number. She said the number "didn't work." I asked, "What do you mean it didn't work?" She said, "I'm not going to argue with you." I said I am only looking for clarification. I don't know what she means by saying it didn't work; does she mean that she called and got an error message? Does that mean she called and couldn't get ahold of anybody? She said the phone number was not in service. I said that has been his number for several years and has never not been in service, so either she misdialed, or- and then she cut me off and said that if no one answers, she leaves a voicemail. I asked my husband who confirmed that he never received a voicemail from them. I then pulled up our phone records and searched from August to now, and the only time their phone number appeared was when we called them. The fact is, we owe an amount, and it went unpaid. We will pay the collections agency. However, their claim that they sent multiple invoices and tried calling is absolutely untrue. I received ONE invoice, a few days after their return visit, and promptly filed it away since I was expecting them to charge my card. My husband and I are very fastidious about paying amounts due promptly, so we don't have to deal with collections agencies. Needless to say, we will not be calling this company for service again, and would not recommend them to friends or family. Also, Rebecca has a lot to learn about professional courtesy and phone etiquette.
I have called them to worked on my parents home in the White Settlement area. Service technician's are very knowledgeable and curious. They offer a discount to residents in the 76108 area. Great customer. service.
