I can’t say enough good things about Cold Front Mechanical! Erick truly saved my bacon yesterday! He was polite, helpful, professional, and did quality work. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing HVAC services.

Eric came out quickly, serviced my unit with a check up for closing on home. In my case he found everything good, no up sell pressure. He is efficient and very knowledgeable. Young family man with three small children. I will refer him to everyone i know, such a really nice experience✔️. He owns Cold Front Mechanical and you will find his prices very good and fair.

Our AC quit working so I called our warranty company and they sent a guy out. He says the thermostat wires had been disconnected, probably by the dogs. He then tells us that our unit is shot and he can sell us one for $xxx a month for 5 years! I wanted a 2nd opinion so I searched the web and found Cold Front Mechanical. It was late but I gave him a call. Told him what was going on and asked if he could come by the next day. He says “I’m just leaving a call now and I’ll come right over.” I’m thinking yea after hours service call. That’s gonna cost us. He gets there and goes straight to work. First the “wires” the other guy connected was backwards. Erick switch them right. Then there’s no power to the unit from the thermostat. Probably shorted out when the other guy crossed wires. So he changed the thermostat with an old one I had. AC kicked on and was running. I asked Erick what I owed him and got ready for this huge bill and was totally shocked. He said “nothing”. I didn’t know what to say really. By this time it was nearly 9pm and he was offering to have worked for about 2 hours for free. I couldn’t let him do that so I gave him some cash I had on me. Since that night, anytime I need AC work done, I call my AC guy Erick with Cold Front Mechanical. Just replaced all air ducts and both inside and outside units and I know I got a great deal as well as great craftsmanship.

Our AC was giving us issues on a 100° day, and they were able to come out same day and help diagnose our issue. Eric was friendly and informative on what the source of our problem was and a great guy to chat with. I'll definitely be calling again if our AC needs repair.

Erick is a straight up guy that is really good at what he does. I like to use local and family owned companies because you can get to the owner and determine if they are someone you want to do business with. I really liked Erick from the moment I met him. He found the problem right off and fixed it without telling me the dozens of things that need replacing. I am now at a point if Erick tells me I need something replaced I will trust him and have him do it. He is really honest and that is hard to find.
I couldn’t be happier to know I have a person I can turn to on all my havoc questions and problems. I will highly recommend this company and Erick with my highest marks!

We had some AC failures at the house and the issues were fixed in a timely fashion. Everything was handled incredibly well, timely, and professionally. Easily the least frustrating home/utility repair process I've been through. Eric has integrity and care in his work--something I find lacking in a vast majority of businesses today.

The technician was very prompt and courteous upon arrival. He asked questions about the performance of our system which helped him identify the possible problem area. He gave me explanations of what the problems could be so I could better understand how my unit operates. He then proceeded to check and eliminate the possible problems.
He then proceeded outside to inspect the condensor unit. He troubleshot the condensor and within minutes had located a loose wire that was causing the problem. He reconnected the wire and rechecked the system for proper operations.
The technician then gave me a full report of the problem and his corrective action. He presented me with his business card and said if I had any more problems to call him immediately.

Erick has always been responsive, fair and a great partner in keeping our system running. He was able to install a mini Split system for our remodel. I highly recommend him for any and all AC work.

First experience was through home warranty company after someone else told me I needed a compressor. Eric took a look and found it to be a simpler (& cheaper) fix. Integrity is important so he earned himself a loyal customer for at least two tuneups per year and all major repairs.
