Jesus has been our go-to HVAC guy for about 8 or more years now. Our unit stopped working and my husband works nights and sleeps days, so we needed it fixed. Everyone I had called said they couldn't get out for a few days. I finally came across Master Chief A/C and Heating services and he came the same day. He got it going for us. He has since since replaced the inside and outside units and done other maintenance work.
Jesus has always been here within a short amount of time. He never leaves unless he knows the system is working the way it should. He is friendly and kind, yet professional, fair, courteous and respectful. He is always teaching or showing us little maintenance tips and tricks and very, very knowledgeable about his trade. If there were more people like him in the world, we'd all be in a much better world.

Master chief has repaired my a/c twice and I am impressed with the service. They show up quickly and do the job right, you get what you pay for. They filed the warranty claim for me,both times. This company will be the one I call from now on.

My A/C broke early Saturday morning, my home warranty first sent me to another company but their reviews were very low and they couldn’t be out to look at my ac till the following Wednesday. I requested someone who could be at my house ASAP and they hooked me up with Master Chief and they were able to come out the same day. The father son team was very professional and courteous. Jesus was honest and fair with me and was very helpful. If and when I have another A/C issue they will be my recommend company to work with.

Jesus installed my inside and outside unit this month in the month of August. He did a professional job and was polite and very pleasant. He was nice to answer questions I had about the unit. And was willing to show me how to work the thermostat. He was the most pleasant and professional. He stayed around to see the air conditioner work after installment. I am very pleased with is work and will call him to service my AC from now on. Loved his work very much.

We called our home warranty service and they arranged for Master Chief to respond. Jesus contacted us and arrived on time even though it was late in the day on a Friday. He quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem, corrected the amount of Freon in the system and got our AC unit working properly again. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend Master Chief if you need AC service. I will be calling them for annual inspection of my HVAC systems.
