Technician showed up right on time and diagnosed the issue quickly! He told me exactly what the issue was and that he would be able to fix it that day. He was in and out within an hour. Super friendly and knew his stuff! I will definitely call out again if any other issues arise.

Had them out to clean the AC ducts that had been sadly neglected for decades. The two guys were the hardest working, most professional ive ever seen. They did an incredibly thorough inspection, followed by the most complete cleaning. They vaccumed up every particle of dust and dirt. Whatever the company is paying them, it's not enough. They worked as if it was their own company. They proudly represented Doran, and I would recommend them HIGHLY. Great job!

We have used Doran Mechanical for multiple projects over the past 5 years or so. The guys that come out have always been nice and respectful. Doran Mechanical has always always been a superb experience for us.

Doran Mechanical came out and checked my HVAC system getting it ready for winter. They called before arriving and the technician introduced himself. He explained everything he did and asked if I had any questions taking the time to ensure my satisfaction.

Do not use anyone else except Doran Mechanical. They are professional and they go the extra mile. Superior customer service and I enjoy working with Heath. He is by far the best employee there. Great company

Came out right when they said they would. Thorough, very professional & polite. Jason O. did a great job! They will definitely be the only a/c & heating company I use in the future.

Very dependable and always on time or will call if going to be late. We have used them for 3+ years and our son uses them as well. Have been very pleased with service when needed and the semiannual checkups for which we subscribe.

Our Carrier package unit stopped blowing cool air, we were melting in our house, called Doran & Jason arrived at the exact time he estimated, upon arrival he took a look at the issue & quickly diagnosed the problem, within a short time the unit was humming perfectly.So professional & knowledgeable, we are so grateful for the value of work he provided for us,with a reasonable rate that was so awesome, big thanks to Jason & the entire Doran organization.

Scheduled fall maintenance was super easy and office staff so friendly ! Technician Heath was efficient , thorough, and courteous and he explained various tasks being performed, any issues that were addressed, and answered my questions promptly and to my understanding 👍
