My ac went out unexpectedly 2 days prior to making calls to different air conditioning companies. I called 3 different companies and wow. The level of professionalism and hospitality from this company here outshined the other 2 by a long shot. I could have had my ac repaired over the weekend on a Saturday but instead opted to wait and go with TempsraturePro on Monday instead.

Eric is I believe the owner and he was my first point of contact. Very hospitable and caring. He set me up and even explained that it was stormy so he couldn’t get his techs out today because he wanted to protect his crew ( I am 100% okay with that and I respect it)

Second point of contact was to book the appointment affirmatively. I forget her name but she was super friendly and you could tell she wanted to help in any way possible

Mind you this was all just over the phone, but I knew they were a cut above as I work in the service industry myself.

Now the Tech, Nathan, very informative showed me every step of his process. I felt comfortable and we had a great conversation all the while.

TemperaturePro, you’re in the business of people you just happen to service HVAC equipment and you do a great job in both categories.

I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help staying cool or warm any time of the year!

Ps: really awesome tool, they send you a pic of your technician and you can track his routing on a map to get an accurate eta.

Recommended by a friend. Initial visit from the sales/services rep to the house was OK. Requested financing information if directly with the vendor, I was told Yes, but I was instead applied for a loan with a 3rd party company, that when I realized proceeded to cancel immediately. Finally decided to proceed with the work, so I was told I would receive confirmation of their visit the night before, instead I was communicated the day after that the installation team was in their way just few minutes before they arrived to my house. Installation team seemed knowledgeable but during pre-job inspection a major confusion raised between them and the office, as the parts ordered were not entirely correct and missing for the work needed to be performed. Installation team without shoe covers inside my house, when I asked if they had show covers they told me they only had cover for 1 shoe (there were 2 installers). The AC unit in question in the house has never been repaired, it came like that from the builder. Decided to cancel the job.

Wow, we are very happy and satisfied with temperature pro, on time, respectful and customer service. We used TemperaturePro for routine maintenance and inspection. Start to finish, they blew us out of the water. Their real time tracking of the technician to our home was awesome, we even received a notification on arrival. The service provide by Jorge Flores (no relation, lol) was absolute top notch. He educated us on what to look for in the future and helped us troubleshoot a few challenges we were having. Hands down the most professional HVAC company I've worked with. Will definitely be referring TemperaturePro to all of my clients!

Jorge was very timely and professional. Took a look at both my a/c units, was promptly able to diagnose the problem and repair it. I was mentally preparing for it to cost an arm and a leg (as a/c repairs usually do), but was surprised and happy the bill was much lower than I expected. Would recommend!

Once again I had an issue with the HVAC system, I called TemperaturePro and they were able to get me an appointment the next day. The tech came out within my window of time, found and repair. This time I had a clog drain. I highly recommend this company.

I want to thank Mr. Eric B. The owner because they were on time, provided top notch follow up and also he provided a personal approach afterwards. Unfortunately i was not able to use their services because the quote was out of my range, but I certainly appreciate Mr. Eric his time and resources for that inspection on a weekend morning.

Honest assessment of the repair and upfront about cost etc.I was impressed that they actually took the time to explain what the repair issue really was. ( in layman’s terms) .
Note….Days earlier, we used another AC company who failed to correct the issue properly. The other company painted a worst case scenario… mold, replace the unit and then completed a shoddy clean out of the primary and secondary drains which did not hold up . I then called Temperature Pro based on a co workers referrel.
Short story, my trust was earned with this service and I will be using TemperaturePro in the future.
