Sun Air Conditioning & Heating

For awhile now, one of our rooms never received any air from the a/c or heater. So we called another company out, and they were going to charge us $2,300+ to install a device that would supposedly push the air across the house into the other room, as well as some cleaning fees. But what was off-putting was that the technician said that it was "not guaranteed" to resolve the issue. So we decided to give Sun Air Conditioning & Heating to come out for a second look.

Richard came out and took a quick look. No joke, he was only here for a few minutes and all of a sudden, air started blowing through the room. My mind was blown. It turns out that all he had to do was move something around in the attic and air was able to travel to the room now. I sincerely SINCERELY appreciate Richard's professionalism, kindness, and honesty. And the fact that he saved us thousands of dollars.

I had a complete air condition replacement several years ago. I called the same company to service my air conditioning unit last year, but found the company had been sold to another owner. I was told by the new owners tech that I needed $4000.00 worth of repairs. I decided to get a second opinion! I googled local air conditioning companies and chose Sun air conditioning and heating. They sent a tech. out, he inspected my 2 units and said They only needed cleaning. The tech was professional did the job and I have had no problems from my aid conditioning systems. I'm a terminal cancer patient so in upgrading my thermostats I called Sun air condition. The tech a young guy, Jonathan came out to install two units I had purchased from Home Depot. After installing one unit he told me that it did not have the same features as the one he removed. I discussed upgrading, he told me he could come back when I had swapped out the units. I paid for the existing work and called the company and sit up an appt. for the next day. The tech came out, swapped out the unit he had installed the previous day at no charge and installed the other unit. I gave this long testimonial to show the honest intrigerity, high quality of work, punctual on time and for most of us a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality work at a reasonable price. Like I said earlier I'm a terminal cancer patient and I'm looking for companies who wont take advantage of a woman, this is one.

What I love most about Sun AC & Heating is their attention to the needs of the customer. I've used them about twice so far. Unlike big chain companies, they don't make commissions off of member plans, parts, and repairs. They are personable and kind, but are objective about the state of my units and my options. Very happy and will remain a customer.

We put out for bid the install of two new condensors and coils to replace existing units. Sun AC came in at the most competitive all around. Rusty and his office were willing to work with us on getting the install of the condensors within code along our property line within strict parameters. The install went seamlessly and we got through code. Very appreciative of Rusty and the team at Sun AC and happy to give them this positive review. Very professional and courteous team who executes on what they say they can do.

AC unit stopped working on a hot afternoon. I was able to call them the next morning and they came out the same day. Diagnosed and fixed everything in under an hour. Very professional and helpful.

Very professional staff and crew. I had the ac plenum box changed out. The crew came on time, did a great job, and an experienced staff came out for a quick quality check as well. The diagnostic visit before this was done by another experienced member that answered all my questions and concerns - great customer service! I will book with them again for upcoming jobs at my future residence.

I have been a customer of Sun AC for over 20 years.
After 20 years my Trane AC, which was installed by Sun AC, finally wore out. I called Sun and spoke to Art. He was very helpful and together we worked out a new system for my home and scheduled an installation day. He even gave me his personal cell number in case I had any questions.
On the day of the installation, the installation crew (Anthony, Juan, and Chris)arrived 30 minutes early and began the installation.They went far beyond what I expected. During the installation, the owner of the company (Jim) arrived at my house just to visit because he remembered my wife and I from 20 years ago. I could tell that he genuinely cares about his customers. The installation crew did an excellent job and installed a whole system in under 6 hours.
I will never call anyone else. Great job guys.

Our ac broke down, as usual on a Sunday. We called Sun first thing Monday morning and they had a technician at our house by 9:30am. We have always trusted them with our seasonal maintenance, but to have them respond within 1.5 hours for a broken system and have our system running within 20 minutes was what I consider “above and beyond” service. They have earned 5 stars from me. Highly recommend them for all ac needs.

We were struggling with an A/C unit that was obnoxiously loud and not cooling properly. They were quick to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. Rusty arrived within the scheduled time and took the time to thoroughly address our concerns and questions. He was able to diagnose the A/C problem, give us a reasonable quote and fix the issue on the spot. It’s hard to find companies that are quick to respond AND do so with quality work for a good price, but we feel like we got just that! Will use again in the future.
