The team at SUN did a wonderful job at our home. From the intial inquiry, and working diligently to evaluate our needs, to installation and follow up post install, SUN did a great job. Rusty and Jim (owner) were both onsite from the quote to the install.

Had a brand new 4 ton and 5 ton unit installed in the fall. At first, things did not go as smooth as expected, but then again my expectations to standards are very high. So why a five star assessment? Well every time I had a question, a concern, an opinion, there was someone at the other end willing to be patient and listen.

We are in Houston and this time of year getting a reputable HVAC specialist on short notice is nearly impossible. Sun A/C worked with my schedule, Jim, Rusty down to the whole crew showed up on time, assessed any concerns and made it right. The key here is made it right. We are all humans, and things sometimes don’t work as intended, but real service is how you handle the challenges with customers and make things the way they should be. Sun A/C will always be my choice because you are dealing with real people who want to help.

Sun Air did a great job. My AC was working but already 14yrs old and it was time for a new one. The recommended what was best and did pressure me into purchasing what I didn't need. I will continue my business with Sun Air for maintenance.

I met Rusty when we were both in a training program together. He is one of the most genuine and dedicated person I’ve ever seen, and follows thru on his word. He’s fantastic instincts made him an amazing partner and mentor. I’m very happy I got the chance to work with him — I hope we get to do it again.
