Koppeis Heating - Cooling & Air Duct Claening

Technician went above and beyond on the service call. Everyone involved did an outstanding job

Don't remember the technicians name that came out but when we had maintenance done on the A/C outside he had told me that everything was working as it should. Come to find out when I had another company come out the capacitor was bad and that should have been caught by Koppeis. Didn't receive any kind of invoice for my service call because "they don't send invoices." The technician told me he checked refrigerant and that the system was working properly. Won't be using them again.

Air conditioner went out on a Sunday evening. I called the emergency number and a technician showed up within 2 hours and diagnosed the problem. Had to order part and had it up and running in 2 days. I highly recommend Koppeis heating and cooling.

Had to buy a new part that costed almost $300. It worked for a couple of weeks and then I called someone else who told me I needed the same new part. Koppeis wouldn’t help and didn’t care if they had ripped me off. I for sure would neeeeever recommend them!

I would definitely call Koppeis again with HVAC issues. They sent someone out right away. Kerick was great! He explained everything about mom's baseboard heating, found a thermostat replacement that was much like what she had so it would be more comfortable for her to use. Very personable service.

This place deserves nothing less than five stars. I spent hundreds of dollars with several other AC repair companies with no fix or concrete reason why there was an issue. Koppeis came out and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. I was not overcharged and it has stayed repaired. HONEST company. They have a lifetime customer here.

Hottest week of the year (so far) and the AC wasn't working! Ugh! It was 85 degrees in the house and rising!

We called and they were the only ones available to come out the same day! Repairs were done by midday the same day we called. Air is blowing nice and cold!

I have known Chuck Koppeis since high school. He and his team are excellent! Very courteous, efficient and experts in this field. I highly recommend them for you to consider them for your home HVAC maintenance and repairs. (Chuck has never bought a car from me either!)

Came to my home at the designated time. Explained what was wrong with my a/c unit and fixed it. Staff was friendly, professional and thorough. Cleaned the unit, checked filters etc. Will continue to call Koppeis if the need arises. I'm always impressed when a company does the necessary work without trying to sell new equipment.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. I've had to call them twice this year as my AC, and the months later, heat went out. They are super prompt and helpful. Luckily both times the problems were minor and either fixed under warranty or within a very reasonable price. After the service man fixed my AC he left me a note on the cheapest place to get filters, what size to buy, etc. and how often I should replace them. He knew I was a single mom who had little experience in this area and instead of trying to make money off me he shared how I could save. They have my business from here on out!
