    This was my first time gettimy an air duct cleaning and the team at AC Clean,Sugar Land TX were awesome! They arrived on time and worked quickly. They showed us how dirty the vents were and how to maintain things so we don't run into issues later. Their prices are also reasonable and a great deal. We would definitely call them back in a few years to get serviced again.

    Excellent service!!! The crew went above and beyond in seeking to find the underlying cause of the problem with my HVAC system. They came in with a can-do attitude with the intent to solve the problem. Very pleasant.
    They took the AC system apart, inspected the coils, ducts and all other related parts. This was the 3rd service call related to this issue and I do believe that the problem has been solved after such a thorough job. As the saying goes, the 3rd time is the charm. Highly recommended.

    AC stopped blowing cold air. I could hear the compressor kick on, but for some reason the air wasn't getting cold. I called after hours and talked with one of their technicians. He said he could come out immediately but that if it could wait until the morning it would be much more affordable. He also said that AC Sales would give me a call first thing in the morning to schedule a time to come out. I was pleasantly surprised to receive that phone call right at 8am. The scheduler worked with me to find a time that best fit within my work schedule. We decided on a time and as promised the technician called 20 minutes in advance to let me know he was on the way. He was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgable about my unit. He isolated the problem and within 45 minutes was done with the repair. He let me know what to expect over the next few years and what might be needed to extend the life of my unit. AC Sales gave me one of the most pleasant HVAC experience I've had. Highly recommend.

    Very honest people! My experience with these guys so far has been great! They were open and honest about how best to spend my money, and they came out and did a minor fix for free since I had just recently paid for service.

    To begin with I take full responsibility because I didn’t listen to my gut or I could’ve saved us $350 - $400. We thought there was a problem with our heating system because it switched from heat to auxiliary heat. Our first winter in the house and our first experience with this type of heating unit.

    Since AC Sales was the company used prior to our occupancy we figured they knew the unit so it made sense to stay with them.

    Whoever came out said our “heat pump” was the problem. He said the unit either didn’t have one or it was bad, I can’t remember which but either way the heat pump needed to be replaced. He said he would follow up with the owner (we are the caretakers) and find out how he wanted to move forward. He said until the heat pump was replaced, to run the system on emergency heat. That sounded expensive to me so I asked about the expense of doing that. He told us it shouldn’t run our bill up at all.
    We waited a few weeks and finally asked the landlord if he’d gotten the call. Negative. So I called the office and spoke with the lady that answered the phone and she assured me she would get the situation resolved and make sure the tech contacted the owner. Again we waited with no phone call and no resolve. Meanwhile we get our electric bill that has now gone up by $100. We passed it off to running the dehumidifier several times that month. Then the next bill came in at about $100 increase again. With no dehumidifier to blame this time I vowed to call them one more time. Then work, kids, obligations and life happened and I forget until the next bill comes in at almost $200 more. So now I have a $500 electric bill and we know at this point it’s due to running our system on emergency heat!

    Finally deciding to find someone new, after waiting so long, we got on Angie’s list and found Deep South AC and chose to use them based on their excellent ratings and reviews. Devon, with Deep South AC, came out promptly the day I called. When he was done looking over and testing everything he came in and said; “There is nothing wrong with your system, heat pumps are there and working as designed”.
    He then, patiently explained how the system functions and why it goes between heat and auxiliary heat.
    My question is: why would the tech tell us the pump was bad/missing, then tell us EM heat wouldn’t run up an electric bill and on top of it all add insult to injury and just leave us twisting in the wind?

    So bottom line: lesson learned (listen to your instincts) I knew it didn’t make sense that you could run a system on EM heat without consequence. I dropped the ball expecting customer service and knowledge, from them just because they were recommended.

    While I won’t put the company down because of one technician I will say,
    9{do your due diligence in asking a lot of questions, check out ratings and reviews and don’t sit back waiting and trusting they will follow up.

    Ordered a fan motor from this company and ended up not needing it called same day of purchase. Box was still sealed and I was told they don't take returns ... there was nothing posted at the place of buisness that sales are final.. or on the receipt yes I should have asked but that's just bad buisness practice... they got two stars because they did have what I needed in stock ... and friendly staff when I was making purchase...

    Awesome service!!! I am very pleased with the quick arrival and servicing of my ac unit. Enjoying my cold air and reasonable price for such excellent work. I will always call this company first and I highly recommend them.

    We are so pleased with this company! Mr. Leger-serviceman, was very professionable, knowledgeable, and courteous. Fixed our problem very quickly and told us things we can do to prevent a reoccurrance of the problen.
    Yearly maintenance plan is very reasonable; comparatively to plans offered by other companies.
