Currently dealing with Majestic for my mother in law. They installed the system 10 years ago in her new home and has been servicing since. It looks like there’s an issue with the TXV and have said they need to replace. However in this heat, with her and her husband being 74 and 77, they don’t seem to want to fix It after hours, but schedule out a few days. After they came out to turn the system on and with a cooler night it was able to get to 78. It can’t keep up though and might freeze again. Her Chemo treatments requires it to be much cooler. Hoping they step up soon and correct the issue that is still under warranty.

I called this morning to schedule my first preventative maintenance with this company. They were able to do same-day scheduling. The staff on the phone was very pleasant and professional. Aaron was our technician today, and he did a nice job. He did a thorough inspection, and walked me through all of the components of his visit. I feel like I got very good service.

Abdiel did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. He was very professional. I am very pleased with his service!
Although he was not able to actually service the pancake unit, he did his best to flush out the hose and hopefully give a temporary fix until I could find a company who does service my unit. So, I do not fault him in anyway.
I will say, I would have very much appreciated it if Majestic would have told me they do not service this type of ac unit when I called on Wednesday, rather than schedule an appointment for Friday. They had done two maintenence checks, the most recent in December 2021, so they knew what type of unit I had. It's Friday, almost 8pm and I will need to find a another company and make another appointment sometime this weekend. This could have been avoided. Now, I'm a bit stuck, frustrated and cranky because it's so hot.

Since I had used their services before, I called on 4/11/23 and asked if someone could come by on Thursday 4/13 to check my AC system. Debbie told me a tech would be out on Thursday between 1-5pm. Aaron Puentes showed up at 2:40 and checked my system out. He was very friendly, responsive to my questions and very knowledgeable about his craft. I ended up having 3 units of pureon into the system to get the AC cooling properly. Still a very satisfied customer of Majestic AC.
