Majestic lived up to their name. Aaron was professional and provided outstanding service. He completed a very thorough examination of my 3 AC units and delivered a comprehensive checklist/report, complete with pictures. He identified an issue with one my AC units and did not try to upsell me on anything else. I appreciated his knowledge, communication and integrity. I highly recommend Majestic and Aaron!

Had my annual summer HVAC service done. Matthew the technician was on time and took all safety and cleanliness measures to ensure a hassle free experience. He was very diligent and thorough with his work. Kept me informed throughout and had a very friendly demeanor. I was very impressed by his work. I highly recommend Majestic AC. All their technicians have been top notch and Debbie at their office has always been super helpful and organized. Have been using them for the last 5 years and will continue to do so.

Majestic installed a Mitsubishi mini-split system for my garage shop. Quoted what I needed and was inline with expectations. David told me about some options, but did not sneak in any up sell features. At this time, a lot of shops have to quote what they have on hand so I was lucky Majestic had the system I needed.
Again lucky on scheduling the install. I did not have to wait long once I had the electrical work completed. Installation tech were prompt and made short work of the installation. They made sure I had the basics down for the system operation and answered my questions.
Would recommend them to others based on my own experience. And I realize not all installations go so smoothly. Feel like Majestic would make things right within their range of influence.

I needed to get my AC serviced before the summer and found Majestic online. I read some reviews and decided to give them a chance. The technician they sent out (Dan) was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and gave me some basic but valuable pointers on maintaining my system. He recommended some improvements (different airfilters and floating switch for my drain pan) at a very fair price and didn’t push. I got the quote by email within one hour. If I was interested I was free to reach out to them. They take pictures of the unit and put all the data in their system as a reference point for future maintenance. Debby, who helps to schedule the appointments, was extremely friendly and helpful too. I am so glad I found this company. I don’t write reviews easily but when a company deserves one I definitely will. HIGHLY recommend this company: professional, friendly and very fair on prices.

Their service technician, Frank, arrived on time. He was courteous and professional. He inspected and cleaned two systems for us. He answered all my questions as he inspected the systems. He was also respectful of our home and health and wore a mask while inside.
