They were right on time -- another plus that you don't often see in the service industry anymore -- and very friendly. They answered all our questions and explained exactly what the problem was and what they were going to do to remedy it. Honest. Simple repair thermostat needed batteries. Whereas another company wanted to replace coil and oil over $2100. on a new AC unit. I appreciate Air Fresh being honest.
