You can trust these folks. Have them on a six month heating and cooling check up. Very pleased with their professionalism

We recently used them to find the reason why we had no cool air blowing from the A/C. They were able to respond the same day I called. When the parts came in they fit us in and got the A/C cooling again. We were very pleased with the initial response time as well as getting us cool air again. This was an extensive repair and they treated us very well.

Corey was our Technician. He is very fast, honest and professional. He is very reliable technician, he was on time and gave us very fair pricing. He is friendly and gives a clear information about what he does. I find my AC company from now on. Thank you for giving service to us.

We had Corey with American A/C and Heating out to perform our annual maintenance and he discovered that we had a freon leak. He wrote down all the information regarding the problems for us so we could get our home warranty to make the repairs. When we had out home warranty's contractor come out he tried to scam us out of thousands of dollars of fabricated issues, and the home warranty company refused to work with us. We ended up taking the cash out option from the home warranty and calling Corey and his team back out to replace the entire system. They were on time, honest, professional, kind, and their pricing was fair. Cory patiently explained my options to me, and they were able to replace the whole system in a day. They covered our floors to protect them and even cleaned up the small bit of mud that evaded their covers. I can't tell you what it meant to me to have an honest contractor after my dealings with the home warranty's contractor. I was even able to leave the house to run an errand while they were working without worry. Would recommend to anyone not wanting to get scammed and get quality work from respectful guys.

It’s great to have an A/C company that is honest, fair on pricing and makes sure the job is done right. The service technician was very informative and professional. They turned a bad situation into a great experience by fixing the problem and trying not to oversell me. It’s hard to find honest people these days and it was nice to come across these guys. Cory and Rocky's AC expertise and professional demeanor is outstanding. They have been my go to AC team for over 15 years and have never let me down. This week they efficiently installed a 3 ton American Standard unit without a hitch, and prior to that replacement made sure that the aging previous unit, requiring several bandaid trips, provided sufficient cooling to get us through the transition. Freezing temps looming at 8pm and my furnace goes out at a rent house with tenants in it. I received a call back from a tech (Corey) within 2 minutes and he was working on the furnace within 30 minutes. Explained everything to me, had the issue fixed within an hour, paid by CC over the phone. Corey couldn't have been a nicer guy. Unbelievable service, excellent communication and reasonable pricing given the time of the call out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND American A/C & Heating Systems.
