Joseph did an excellent job at explaining the situation for both our rental property and residence. Pictures were presented on-site which clarified my understanding of his findings. Joseph did not get in a hurry allowing me to ask questions and and inquire with my concerns. He was very professional and courteous! I will highly recommend SouthCoast to family and friends!

Our home flooded during Hurricane Harvey back in 2017. The AC was underwater and not functional. We called the company who originally installed it (before we purchased the house) and also one other company as a comparison. Both told us we needed a brand new unit, well over $12,000 for everything. Then one our friends told us about SouthCoast. They came out and checked everything and literally flipped a switch and got us back up and running at NO CHARGE! That was awesome!! Then during our rebuild we wanted to put in some extra returns, ducts, and a new intake as a result of some remodeling in order to get better airflow in other parts of the house. They did a really great job and even gave us the family discount.

Our system worked absolutely great for years until just recently it started acting up (it’s around 20 years old and has taken some power hits from bad weather). They came out the very next day and checked everything, explained and showed us the situation, then gave us multiple options for what to do (good, better, best). We picked to do the best thing since it has generally been a reliable unit for its age. All said and done, they had two great techs come out and fixed it the same day, and then charged us LESS than we were quoted!! Again a great surprise and a blessing. We couldn’t recommend them more highly! They are incredibly honest and treat their customers like family.

They did a fantastic job and did a complete install in only about 4 hours. In addition, I got a much better deal then what my warranty company was going to provide with a different vendor. Excellent service. Timely, professional, competent, friendly, informative.

Our normal company couldn't get out the day our ac went out.

SouthCoast scheduled a technician to come out even though it was about an hour before they were to close for the day.

Alex had to drive through the worst rain we've had all year so far. Still got out to our house and diagnosed the bad zone board and even though didn't have a replacement was able to get the air in again until we could get a new one installed the next day.

The next day Alex came out and after about 45 minutes had the whole system back up and running.

these guys are the best! both service and price were outstanding. Very skilled and professional. they are the best around. Pete our service tech, was a 5-star tech. Profession explained every step he was doing. Matt replaced our filter and did a through cleaning of the entire system. Like South coast employees and staff, they are great!
