Every time I call, they have someone out the next day. Very professional, courteous, and, not only arrive on time, but also call if they can come earlier. Technician wears a mask, adheres to sanitation standards, and follows CDC social distancing guidelines without being asked. Explains the issue clearly and answers all my questions. Reasonable rates and rate dropped after first visit for any additional visits. Great Company!!!

The technicians at SouthCoast are the best! Alex serviced our AC units today - did a thorough diagnostic & cleaning to ensure it was ready for the summer heat. He was right on time and I even received a text with his contact info and a photograph of him. I’m happy to leave a 5 star review and recommend these folks to everyone! SouthCoast has been extremely pleasant to deal with. Matt came out and was able to see first hand what the issue is with my unit and schedule the proper repair. The professionalism that SouthCoast operates at is well beyond the normal conduct of other's. If you need A/C work, call Southcoast, you will not regret it. They were professional from taking our call to coming out and fixing our problem. They were quick to get us on their schedule and they didnt have a 4 hour window like most places, they had a 1 hour which was very convenient for us. The technician explained everything and when I asked a question that was outside what we had called about, she made the time to educate me and gave us the information we need to make a decision later - not pressuring us. Truly grateful!

They were very easy to work with. I was out of town and they coordinated an estimate with my realtor, quickly scheduled the work, were very efficient and stuck to the estimate. Only critique is that they messed up the scheduling at first and were about 30-45 mins late for the appointment but these were very minor issues. They left no mess and were kind enough to lock up when they were done and drop the keys off with security. Overall great job, I will be using them again.

Had them come out to install a smart thermostat. Glad I did because my system had to be rewired from the unit in the attic. Toby, the tech that arrived to do my install was great. Punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend Southcoast to anyone. They did a great job!

South Coast replaced both of our systems and did a great job. Joseph, who is the owner of the company, was with us from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, technically savvy, very professional and also humble. His primary goal was never to sell us the systems and make the money but helping us to understand the basics of a system and components of a system and then to help us understand our issues and needs and then help us to get to where we decided to go and can go. It was one of few great shopping experiences that I had in my entire life. The install crew chief Carlos and his crew was top notch. If you do have questions, just ask them, let them know and you can be sure that you will get an answer. If you have concerns, let them know and it will be addressed and taken care off. It has been a week and I am still getting calls or messages from them to check on their work and our satisfaction. This is too hard to find in today's world.
