    After noticing our AC unit not cooling our home in this Texas summer heat we contacted our home warranty company Fidelity. Fidelity quickly provided us with Rulo’s information. After waiting almost a week a technician finally shows up by the name of Beto. I explain the problem to Beto and he walks to the AC for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes he walks out the door and leaves in his truck without saying a word to the customer about the concern or what the problem is or anything. I immediately called Rulo and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. BETO DOESN’T CARE AND NEITHER DOES RULO. THE TECHNICIAN GHOSTED US CUSTOMERS… DO NOT CHOOSE RULO FOR YOUR AC NEEDS.

    Our AC broke over the weekend. Rulo technician was at my house first thing Monday morning. Assessed the issue and got the broken piece within 30 minutes. Then within another 30 minute the piece was installed and my AC was blowing cold again! Very efficient, professional and kind technician!!!
