They were contractors for my new Perry Home. To say they do shotty work would be an understatement. Been in the home less than 2 months. Guest bathroom has been out of commission sense Day 1. And can't use my dryer due to faulty vent installation. GE repair man recommends not running dryer due to fire hazard. When you call for warranty work they schedule you 2-3 weeks out for work that should of been done in the beginning. Customer service deflected my attempts to contact managers.

This company is VERY unprofessional.
Customer service is trash. I’ve had them come out multiple times and it’s always one thing or another wrong with our unit but nothing is ever fixed. It’s always we will order the part and fix it and when it comes time to fixing it, sorry you have to reschedule bc our technician called in sick. This company is showing how unimportant there customers are to them. The best I got was we will send someone out Tuesday. I called on Thursday, now I have to wait 4 extra days with my non working ac. Thank you l&s for your wonderful help and making sure your customers are always taken care of. You’re doing great.(Sarcasm)

In an obscure location but, they provide excellent work at a very good price. I had a set appointment time (they were late). I had provided the information hey needed prior to the appointment the part was on site and the technician completed the work in no time at all. The work was to replace a broken front windshield. I recommend them with a thumbs up to anyone needing this type service.

Jose was great not only did he fix the problem. But he also educated me on other things pertaining to my ac/heater unit. Warantee, registration, and where serial numbers are located which ones I needed. Also to make sure she register them before that period ends. Great service and attention to my concerns.

I wish there was a zero star option. The “emergency line” is a complete joke and waste of time. “Linda” is the only person answering the “emergency line” and has the worst customer service I’ve ever heard of. Linda was rude, careless, and showed zero concern for both of our A/C units going out in our home. It’s 80 degrees inside our home in the middle of May, and we have a 2 month old child. I had to call 6 times because Linda would forward my calls to voicemail to avoid answering the emergency line. Linda then refused to give me any further information and said that she wasn’t going to “keep doing this with me” when I was questioning why someone couldn’t help us, and she hung up on me. Terrible, terrible customer service and the worst person I’ve ever dealt with. Linda is a cancer to the company, and single handedly diminishes the name and value of the company. 0 out of 10 I would highly advise against this company.

My name is Frank Gebara and I am a former employee of L&S this company is big and unprofessional There’s only one service Plumber for the entire San Antonio area and the dispatch takes over 1200 calls a day any company was not able to Keep up and instead of contracting the work out or giving the service work to other companies they just decided to overwork everyone on their staff

Carlos was prompt, professional, and a straight shooter. He evaluated the reported issue with the prv and determined it was set too low so he adjusted it and recommended I continue to monitor and see if reported issue goes away or persists. Totally satisfied with his recommendations. Would definitely call this company again.

Jose Guillen was on point on fixing the issues. Jose showed me the job completion, to my satisfaction. Mr. Guillen was very courteous and his professionalism was noted. L&S should be Honored to have such and employee and a representative of the company. GREAT JOB!!!
