My experience was Dilmak overall was excellent. The telephone representative was extremely informative and helpful. She answered my questions and thoroughly explained to me what to expect. She also took an interest in asking detailed questions about my concerns in effort to better ascertain how they could help. She was also very pleasant and personable. She provided me with a reasonable 2hr window during which time I would expect arrival of the technician. She scheduled my appointment on short notice and she scheduled it to take place the next day on a Saturday. James the tech was one of the best tech's I have ever worked with. As promised he called to notify me of his arrival in advance. He even waited patiently for me to arrive after there was a delay in my return home. He was extremely understanding, pleasant, and professional. He arrived early for my appointment. He was respectful of the home. He answered all of my questions and was immensely knowledgeable and informative. Ultimately he was able to identify practical and simple solutions to my problems. I can not say enough about him. Thank you!
