I wasn't going to re-up my service contract with Dilmak and just use them as I needed them. Then they dispatched James, a technician from Dilmark to provide maintenance for my HVAC system. He has serviced my HVAV twice now and has gone the extra mile. Extra attention to detail. Real professional and courteous. On my next service contract, I'll ask for James.

We needed a secondary drain line replaced and new AC ducts run to our bathrooms. They were on time when giving the quote and when they showed up to do the work. Very knowledgable about what needed to be done and I was very happy with the price. I would recommend using their services.

There 24 hr customers It's fantastic

I had a condensing unit burn out on me in the middle of summer (well, a week ago). They sent a technician the day we called and diagnosed it immediately. The part was under warranty, but the manufacturer wouldn’t have it in stock for possibly 4 weeks! We weren’t going to make it in June-July!! We worked with them to find a third party distributor who had the part, secured immediate freight from Dallas, and they worked until 2:30am last night to get the job done after what I can imagine was a super long day for those techs (I went to bed and left them to close the gate to my back yard). All gentlemen. They made sure to top our refrigerant off too.

The technician was very professional and did a thorough job. He also gave me important information regarding my AC filters. I will definitely use Dilmak services in the future.

Had them do a tune up a week or so ago, and got a quote on replacing a motor that was making loud noises. Yesterday the motor went out completely and they responded late in the evening and had a new motor out this morning.

Great service, would definitely recommend.
