Air Care has been servicing my units for more than 8 years. I have always enjoyed prompt, professional service. Today a new technician responded to my call for help-Taylor.
I would like to congratulate the management for continuing to hire polite, competent technicians. Taylor is a very pleasant young man who was quite patient with me while teaching me how to use my new thermostat.
I wanted to say “thank you!”

We called needing service ASAP and they were at the house the same day. Michael came out first to evaluate our entire system and then the technician came out later that day.
The a/c is working fantastic!
They were also very reasonably priced.

The office gal said she would email me paperwork for the warranty to be passed on to new owners but I have not received it yet. Its been over a week.

Repairman had the AC fixed in 15 min. He suspected the problem immediately and he was correct. Great service on a very hot day!

We have used Aircare @ Canyon Lake for many years and have always had great service. As luck would have it, we had scheduled our Spring A/C checkup and our primary unit quit working. Taylor showed up right on time and checked the other system and quickly evaluated the problem on our main unit. Condensation had rusted a control board. Taylor had the parts ordered and Deana reschedule the repair As usual, Taylor showed up on time and quickly fixed the issue. Taylor is great a very competent and polite Technician. Deanna in the office is great and always helpful. When asked who we use or recommend for HVAC work, it’s always Aircare!

AirCare-SA has been my HVAC service provider for several years and I've been thoroughly pleased with the company. Their technicians and office staff are always friendly, professional, timely and efficient. They take time to answer questions and explain any concerns I may have. They've taken wonderful care of the system they installed and I look forward to continuing my relationship with them. Succinctly, they're awesome!!

Older AC unit quit working and new system was needed. Since system couldn't be installed for several days, Michael, GM, arranged for a portable cooler and came to house to install until new unit could be set up. Cooler was used for several days and worked well. Everyone from Ken who initially came out to Taylor and Tucker who did the install were great to work with. Have used Air Care for many years and highly recommend.

We've been using Air Care Canyon Lake the last couple of years. Besides being friendly and prompt, the service technicians are knowledgeable, listen attentively, and diagnosis accurately - spot on the first time. They do not try to sell you anything you do not need. Repairs are made quickly with parts on hand. Thank you for your service.

Air Care recommended the perfect a/c unit for our house more than 10 years ago and they their annual maintenance it is still working great with no issues! Their customer service and employees are first class. Highly recommend Air Care!!

I have been using Air Care for maintenance and repair of my heating and cooling systems for over a decade. The rare times my system has had issues, they are direct and honest about options, potential risks, and prices. it’s never good when your AC or heat goes out, but when it does, I really appreciate having the folks at Air Care take care of the problem for me!
