I have had a good relationship with Air Care for around 10 years. This includes everything we talk about what needs to be done from maintenance to replacement of both my units. It has gone as planned with the request's that I require fulfilled, and when we agreed to over it over a handshake and they put in the quote it is done. The dispatcher they have is always ready to help with appointment's and emergency"s, and will work to get the best out come for both the customer and issue at hand.

These folks did an outstanding job on the repair of my elderly father’s AC system. Taylor was super knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy on this remotely managed job. Will definitely use them again. Major thumbs up!

I have used this company for many years and they are fantastic! I have my unit checked in the fall and the spring for general maintenance. The two techs who have been here in the past couple of years are fantastic, Taylor and Bryce. I couldn't be happier with the company and the techs! I can't say anything negative about the business or it's employees.

Called first thing in the morning, they made arrangements to get out first thing. Bryce diagnosed the problem and suggested a couple other things, and proceeded to start the repair. After the tech left another problem came about and they made arrangements to get back out later in the day to fix the problem. I have used Air Care in the past and will continue to call them because they offer great service and complete the job the right way.

This company takes their time explaining things, and gives you multiple options. They are professional, fairly priced, and they DO NOT try to sell you extra stuff. Just a good company to work with.
