Had our entire HVAC replaced last fall and they were very professional. They were my first choice to call when needing a toilet unclogged. The techs showed up quick and got the job done even quicker.

We had a pipe break outside. There were here in a very short time and fixed the pipe quickly. Both guys were super nice and friendly, very professional. Will for sure use them again.

Came home from out of town to find our AC out and the house over 90° inside. Patrick showed up within 10 minutes of my call and got us back up and running cool again within 30 minutes of my initial call!

We just had a big plumbing leak repaired by two very conscientious young men. Mikel and Tony had to work really hard to find the source of the leak, go into town and get supplies, then return and repair the problem. I highly recommend their work.

My husband and I were very pleased with our service from Superior Services. We found a water leak coming up through our floor tile at 3 a.m. on a Saturday. The serviceman we spoke to at 3 a.m. was kind and helpful. He helped us get our water shut off at the street. We waited until Monday to have Superior Services to come out so the hourly rate wouldn't be so high. John Hunt and his assistant came on Monday. They were able to repair the leak in a few hours. They didn't need to drill into the floor; they cut two holes in our sheet rock. The sheet rock lines were clean and straight, which made it easier to get someone else to repair the holes later. Monday night, after the repair, there was a clunk and our water slowed to a trickle in a bathroom. John Hunt and his assistant came out the following day to fix the issue. The aerator had come loose and gotten stuck in the pipe. Superior Services did not charge us for this second visit because it was related to our previous issue. We ended up needing to buy a new faucet head, but the work the men did was speedy and we haven't had any issues since.
