    Patrick was great. He was honest about after hours charges (pricing) and came out within a day of my request. He fixed one problem, came out the next day and fixed another. Unfortunately, our HVAC is still not cooling. Not sure what the problem is, but I hope to find out and get the correct repair, especially with these hot days. I don't have anything negative to say about the customer service, just hope to finally get our unit fixed.

    Heat pump emitting cold air when set on heat. Called Superior Services and a technician arrived in less than two hours to quickly find and repair the problem. Will absolutely be calling them for any future needs.

    We found out we had a gas leak and when I called Superior Services they had a plumber out in less than an hour. The repair was completed in no time and the guys were very polite and helpful. They did a great job!

    My main problem is with, Genise the woman who answers the phone, her answers to my questions are brief and rude, this is repeated problem!!! Perhaps the owner from Colorado should give her a call and speak personally to her the way she does the rest of us here in San Angelo.

    Im a maintenance supervisor for a couple properties in San Angelo. I use superior Services for are property's and never has a complaint. Tim form Superior is the Tech I go to when ever I can. He is always in contact with us on when he will be there and walks us through what he did to find the problem. He is highly professional and courteous. Highly recommend this company.

    Where should I begin...
    Saturday we noticed a strong odor of gas coming from our bathroom and back bedroom closet... I called the after hours at Superior where I spoke to an awesome individual named Jay who "kept it real" with me.
    He explained since it was a weekend he'd have to charge after hours money and chances are he couldn't do the work anyway because the parts store was closed.
    He did advise he'd book me for Monday and we should turn the gas off at the meter.
    My husband had issues turning off the meter and we ended up having to call the fire department who was able to turn it off.
    Monday afternoon Robert and his partner came and "found" the problem. He claimed a gas pipe that was previously capped wasn't capped "properly"... he re-capped it having to cut a whole in the closet wall.
    I came home from work around 4pm and STILL could smell a strong odor of gas!
    I called back to superior where Denise advised she'd send someone back but it's probably nothing and only needs to be aired out!!
    John (our saving grace) and his partner came by yesterday around 4:50pm... he was very knowledgeable and explained the problem!
    He found our leak yesterday but since it was so late he had to come back this morning.
    John did an excellent job and made us feel comfortable and safe in our home!!
    It's so frustrating because of ONE person's lack of knowledge we had to endure cold showers since Saturday and had to eat microwavable food.

    I would recommend Superior Services again, however I'd specifically ask for John 😇
