R&R Environmental Mechanical AC & Heating

My AC went out at the house and my first call was to R&R! Within about an hour Kyler, the HVAC technician was at my door. He was very polite, clean and knowledgeable about his field. After a quick analysis of the system he was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed! The whole family is happy thanks to R&R Environmental Mechanical Heating and A/C.

Kids and heat don't mix!! But, R&R has made this a wonderful experience for us. Talk about impeccable customer service!!!! I had a fit and even yelled and cursed at the owner. She remained calm, accepted my heat-attude apology, and still had Kyler out on a Sunday within half an hour of my call!!!!! Kyler had GREAT WISDOM and knowledge regarding our (issues). We are long time customers (from their beginning around 20 years). They have always been there for us. We call and they are at our house ASAP (today on a Sunday they were here in less than an hour). Reliable, trustworthy, respectful, our go to folks. They explain what they are doing and why. Always do their best to save us money, never try to charge us for what we do not need. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Wanted everybody to know that I have done business with R&R for 25 years now and they are still the best in town. They came out and knew exactly why our ac was not cooling properly. With a little electrical work and moving some duct work around it now works like a champ. Their crew is very professional and friendly. Give them a try.

This is the business you NEED TO CALL if you are having problems with your A/C-heating system. The prices are fair and they are "right on the money" as far as solving your problems. They had to come out and rearrange and resolve an issue that was causing severe problems at my home that was done wrong in the beginning.
