I’ve used Arthur’s for several years, and been very pleased with the service!

I was recommended to call Kyler at Arthur by word of mouth and I am so happy I did. He was able to get out to me quickly, address the issue and perform routine maintenance on both of my units, and was incredibly respectful and honest. We purchased our home last year and knew that corners had been cut on installations and services over the years, and had been brushed off on our concerns (to our ultimate detriment) by several HCAC technicians who were sent out by the home warranty company we had at the time. I asked Kyler about several concerns I had in addition to the immediate issue at hand, and he answered honestly and helped me identify the most pressing issues and come up with a plan to correct them to extend the lives of our two units. The service and maintenance cost was extremely reasonable. We will never use anyone else!

Clint was awesome! Gave me a heads up timeframe and showed up right when he said he would! SAME DAY! He was able to diagnose and double check every part of the HVAC system promptly and professionally, finding the issue and giving a SUPER good price for the repair!
(not to mention their awesome warranty they offer)
10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!! He even wore shoe covers without being asked, and was very open with his diagnosis, and made sure to explain in detail what the problem was.

Our air conditioner was not blowing cold air last night so in the morning after asking around I found Arthur Heating & Air by my mothers suggestion. I gave them a call and spoke to Katie who gave me a time frame for later in the day but said she would see if she could get me in earlier since I planned on having people over that night. She called me back a few minutes later with a much earlier time slot.

They sent out Kyler to take a look. He ran through his trouble shooting and found the problem quick. Once that was resolved, our AC was working well. He went above and beyond and cleaned our outside unit since it was from 2010 and was very dirty which limited the amount of cooling it was doing. Then he went in the attic to make sure everything looked good at our furnace/return air. He checked vents and looked around and informed me that we had dampers in our house and asked if any rooms are warmer/colder than others which I said yes. He adjusted the damper to our toddlers room which makes a noticeable different in the temperature.

They did not try to sell me anything I didn't need or try to up charge me for anything. It's very rare you find an honest HVAC company. I will 100% be using them again if/when we have any issues. I will also recommend them to anyone who asks me.

Highly recommend Arthur Heating & Air! Had to replace our Carrier Infinity thermostat and Clint was quick to give estimates with different ranges of functionality plus his recommendation for our system was NOT the most expensive option. We appreciated the honest advice and the "that's what I would do in my own home under the same circumstances" attitude so much! Great communication. They'll have our business in the years to come. These guys are the best technicians for HVAC I have ever experienced in my 33 years of owning 2 homes. Our current home had the usual contractor shortcuts that leave the homeowner with less than adequate cooling in the summer. Arthur heating plugged out home space specs into their software and came up with the right tonnage for our 2nd floor unit and then completely redid the ducting for proper airflow to each room and added air intakes of respective rooms to get the hot air out which made all the rooms cool down quicker. Rob and Clint Arthur are HONEST HVAC craftsman and have a great team of workers who where very polite and professional and did a great job of cleanup after the job was done.
They are a small father & son business but very attentive to detail and an honest business that deserves your interest and time to check them out for yourself.

Have used Arthur at least 3 times at two different homes, and have been beyond grateful for their kindness, responsiveness, and overall willingness to help. They have gone above and beyond in answering questions and are just very good people. Kyler has come out several times and I think he is the most helpful, kindest person and I always feel better about whatever issue we are having when he is there to help. If you are looking for an HVAC person, call them. Cannot recommend enough.

Overall experience with Arthur Heating & Air was great. They were prompt, arrived on time and on a Saturday. They fixed the initial problem, but the next day a separate part went out, they came back the following day to fix it. The part was under warranty and they honored the original service fee. Dependable, reliable, and earned my trust.
