We always do our research and decided to try Arthur heating and air. We are so happy we did. We called and got an appt soon. Barry was professional and took the time to educate us. We appreciated his help and expertise in this area. He was very knowledgeable about what was going on before even looking. Thank you!

I had Arthur Heating & Air come out and look at my AC system, which was not cooling. Barry, the gentleman that came out to look at my system was very professional. Barry is extremely knowledgeable and informative. He walked me through everything, showing me what was wrong with the unit, as well as the air ducts, which needed to be completely replaced. He gave me an estimate and let me know that he could have the unit out next day, completely installed and ready to go and he did!!! He even came back to the house when I called to give him the go ahead, to help me set up finance for the unit. The crew showed up early and got everything installed, cleaned up and Clint walked me through the system explaining the new thermostat and how to change the filter, as well as explaining the heat pump. I am extremely pleased with the new unit and service. With this Texas weather going back an forth, it's nice to know I'm completely covered with a new unit and I have a new go to company for all of my heating and air needs! :)

Nothing but great things to say. Sadly news was needing a new Unit but it had already surpassed its lifespan so was bound to happen. Barry was great! Very friendly and helped walk through my options. I’ve gone to this company since I’ve owned my home and will continue to do so.

Barry came to my house and registered my AC system for me, cleaned the inside and outside of the plenum, and installed an electronic air cleaner and UV purifier and deodorizer. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He even put shoe covers on his boots without being asked, which pleased my wife because we live in a "shoeless house". That goes to show his attention to detail. I would highly recommend Arthur Heating & Air.

Small, local reliable company. We bought a home that needed a good thorough HVAC cleaning, and added UV lights. He did not try to tell us to replace the whole system like some companies do. Reasonable prices and they actually try to help us and educate rather than just trying to sell us something. Barry was excellent. Very professional and happy to have clean air in our new home. Highly recommend.
