    We were looking to get two gas fireplaces cleaned and tuned up. Logan Heating & Air was right on time on the day of the appointment. The tech did a great job of cleaning and tuning up the fireplace in our family room. The fireplace in the living room needed a repair that he easily handled. He was in our home for less than 2 hours and did a very thorough job. For the money, I think these guys were great! Great job for a very reasonable rate. I recommend!

    Marcus was on time and very professional. I needed some parts replaced and he wasn't pushy at all about buying the parts, just very informative. He also went above and beyond helping me switch on some dampeners to change the airflow in our home. Thank you.

    I called Logan Heating & Air when my A/C went out after a heat wave. I explained that my sick hubby was home and I needed help fast. They were able to accommodate me immediately. John was very thorough in explaining the problem and doing a quick repair. We were up and running within the hour. He texted pictures and clearly explained the cost. I cannot recommend them enough.

    Our furnace quit last month. Logan Heating & Air came within a day. They replaced and reconfigured the condensation drain system and the furnace. They also removed the old furnace and cleaned everything up. This was all done within the bid estimate and with no problems for us. We were very pleased with the service, work and attention to detail they provided. I would highly recommend them.

    The first day Logan Heating & Air came out to give me an estimate, they took the time to answer all my questions. When I chose them to replace my furnace, air conditioner and water heater, they were very punctual, professional, and the cost was reasonable. I know I got quality products and a quality company.     The job these guys did and the follow up was second to none. Usually when you deal with contractors of any service type, you get an uneasy feel and you just hope that you made the right choice. This was the best decision of all my service contract jobs. Must say that this job was done like a fine steak at a fine restaurant. A great team and a pleasure to deal with!

    They are not a local roanoke business from everything i can find. I was in need of ac repair and called this business. They offered to come out today and even offered priority. They would do that and waive the service call fee in exchange for signing up for their annual plan. This was a bait and switch. As it was getting later in the day I called and they said they wouldnt show up today and did not know when the technician would show. They were nice enough about the refund although I still have not got it but beware this does not appear to be a local business, I doubt even based in the US. Not even sure Logan Heating and Air exist. I asked these questions when i signed up but they guaranteed me prompt and reliable service locally. That was only to sign up for the 150/year service through a business called Premium Home Service. When i call the same local number I called originally, or what is listed as the local number i am routed to Premium Home Services. Beware.

    We're very happy customers. We had our water boiler replaced. The guys did a great job - the work was completed on time. They patiently explained the new system and ensured we were satisfied. Awesome clean up after the service. We fully recommend them.

    We had a complicated job but called twice to verify they could do it. On both occasions they confirmed they could. We had an appointment scheduled but they didn’t show up or call. I called them twice. The first time they said they would call the dispatcher to find out why they were running late. I called back a second time 30 minutes later and was transferred to customer service. They apologized and said detailed notes were not provided in the account and they had instead tried one number on file (the incorrect one) but didn’t try the second. We rescheduled for the morning. In the morning, we got a call that said they would not do the job.

    Bottom line; They weren’t transparent from the start about the ability to do the job. They never called us or showed up after we had an appointment and they never returned my call when I called to find out why.

    Aaron was extremely professional. He took the time to show and explain the problems associated with my furnace. He presented several options on what could be done to fix any issues and let me decide the best option. Aaron was able to finish repairs same day. Very personable, knowledgeable, and offered great customer service.
