Logan Heating & Air

We have a three year maintenance contract for our heat pump. The staff at Logan Heating & Air call twice yearly to schedule a maintenance visit that coordinates with my work days. I receive reminder calls and email and the technician calls to let me know when he is enroute. He is always professional, prompt and polite. Altogether an enjoyable experience.

Technician was on time, offered us a fair price for repair or replacement of our condenser. Given age of our condenser, we opted for replacement. Within a couple hours of accepting the invoice, the technician was back at our house and had the job complete by 5pm (same day as initial estimate). Thank you

Dan came out to the house Saturday night to look at my furnace it was blowing cold air. Very professional and a very nice guy. Found out I need a new furnace. Will definitely be having them install my furnace!
